We took the "West End Wander at Night" on May 28th. It was absolutely terrific right from the get-go. Gillian and Jennie were excellent hosts - very knowledgeable about the city, history, places, restaurants and food. I can't recommend the tour enough.

This was one the best food tours we've done! Part of our family tradition is to do a food tour in every city we visit. By far, one of the most entertaining, engaging, and tastiest tours! Each stop was purposeful and really had a story about Glasgow's history and future. The food and drink was incredible! The portions were perfect! Rae was an incredible tour guide who really showcased the uniqueness of Glasgow. Our only regret was not doing this tour earlier in our trip! We wish we had done this tour on our first day so we could go back and taste more from the tour stops! Highly recommend booking this tour!

This tour was amazing! We did the West End tour. The food was excellent and covered a variety of cuisines. The drinks were also great. Gillian was awesome. Very accommodating after we were running late due to an issue with our Airbnb. She was kind and knew so much about Glasgow. We loved spending our evening with her. I highly recommend this tour if you are in Glasgow!

This is actually the second time I've done Gillian's tour and it was amazing. Initially did evening tour with my Dad a few years ago which was fab and took my Aussie Husband on day tour today. Both were totally different and had fantastic spots. Great way to introduce my Husband to Scottish food and local tour! Gillian was super informative and even though I'm a local, I have learnt something new every time. Thanks for an awesome, memorable day Gillian! ❤️

We had a blast on this food tour! I highly recommend it as an excellent way to experience Glasgow. In advance of our tour, Gillian was friendly and responsive when it came to answering our questions and helping us figure out a date that worked for our travel schedule. She was clear and prompt in all her communications. On the actual tour, it is evident how much careful thought and planning she has put into the entire experience. The course of the walk took us through interesting areas we would have never seen on our own and we appreciate the historical and cultural context Gillian provided along the way for everything we were seeing. It gave us a window into Scotland beyond the tastings. Each tasting stop was flavorful and unique and fulfilled all our foodie desires. Also, the hosts at each stop were welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and entertaining. We have taken food tours all over the world and Gillian's Glasgow tour is absolutely top notch!

What a fantastic day on the Merchant City Stroll with Rae from the Glasgow Food and Drink Tour. An amazing historian, Rae guided us through the streets of East Glasgow beginning at Outlier on London Road. Pain Au Chocolat was a scrumptious start to our day. As we made our way to Crossbill Gin in The Barras, Rae shared so many stories about the early days of shops and markets in Glasgow. Barebones Chocolate was such a lovely spot with staff sharing the ethical, sustainable practices used in sourcing and production of their delicious chocolate. We loved the delightful venison from Table 28 in Merchant Square. Traditional, food and whiskey at Mharsanta on Bell Street was a highlight for us Canadians wanting to experience exemplary Scottish fare. What a stunning walk through University of Strathclyde up to Glasgow Cathedral. I was mesmerized listening to Rae share her knowledge and expertise with a good measure of fun. Ending our tour at Drygate was perfect, despite feeling full! I would highly recommend the Merchant Stroll and the brilliant Rae from Glasgow Food and Drink Tours!
