Well this was a great bit of fun and well worth doing of an evening for an hour or so. You get taken around a number of alleged haunted sites on a themed old style London double decker of which only 3 remain in the country, all owned by this company, and they have one in London and another in Edinburgh. Humour and weak created videos add to the entertainment, and while some of the humour is slightly risqué for younger ears, it’s definitely enjoyable for all ages.

Absolutely loved this experience. I've done the London one and this was as amazing, if not more.
The conductor and the bus driver are oozing with character and humour.
Some of the stories have "evidence" some seem fabricated with no googlable footprint. But all are enjoyable.
Was cold but comfortable.
Also you do get off the bus for a brief walk, so be prepared.

We really enjoyed the ghost bus tour. Isaac Blood was very entertaining and knowledgeable. He kept spirits up during the ride (no pun intended), and his dad jokes and energy makes the ride what it is. Half comedy and half historical, this is a great attraction for any age, although maybe not suitable for very small children.

The tour started at 9 pm and was easy to find, pretty much right outside of the train station on the right-hand side. If you arrive 15 or so minutes early, you can get a good seat of your choosing. Highly recommend, if we're ever in York again, I'd probably go just for the flamboyant vibe alone.

As always I was sceptical how good the ghost bus tour was going to be. I can honestly say it was brilliant. The unhinged bus conductor guide was a talent in himself. Particularly impressed by the distance he ran when Bob the idiot Bus driver left him. A great experience and one we all talked and laughed about for days after. Thoroughly recommend it.

Fab time on the ghost bus tour. Our conductor ,"John doe," was brilliant. Brilliant stories, jump scares and humour for the adults. Bob the driver needs to cut back on the booze and maybe have a few more driving lessons (you'll understand when you go on the tour 😂) would definitely do it again.
