I loved this tour so much!!! I have so many good things to say about Jon and the English Bus Tour. Jon was friendly, knowledgeable, and entertaining. His commentary really made the tour for me. But the tour itself was great too!! Stonehenge was so cool to see and I felt like I had enough time both there and in Bath. The cider flight Jon recommended was great - Somerset is apparently known for great cider and it delivered! The secret place was the perfect final stop. I loved that this was a smaller company, it made the bus ride very enjoyable and the groups very personal. Also, as a solo traveler, I really appreciated that the bus had single seats. Just overall a great experience and I couldn’t recommend it enough!!

Our tour to Stonehenge and Bath with Lilly was fantastic. Lilly was engaging, humorous, and well versed on all types of English history. She made the facts fun and her knowledge along the way impressed us all. The extra information regarding Stonehenge to warm us up on the way really made the experience more special. We are so thankful for such an unforgettable day out of the grind of London with The English Bus and Lilly.

My wife and I are on our first visit to London and wanted to explore some of the English countryside and thought a tour of Stonehenge, Bath, and the Cotswolds would be the perfect day trip. We had an absolutely fantastic trip even though it was raining most of our tour. Cara was our guide and she really made the tour spectacular with her charm and depth of knowledge about the local area. She grew up in Bath and had such fantastic tips about the local area, it's people, and traditions. We couldn't have asked for a better excursion or guide!

Book with Cara and The English Bus!!! She’s engaging and fun and kind!! She was so knowledgeable about the places we visited. We did the trip with Stonehenge, Bath and the Cotswolds. Lots of history and also fun facts We had a perfect amount of time in each location. Cara was great at providing options and a map in Bath so that depending on what we wanted to do, or what we were interested in, we had a direction once we were dropped off. We did another trip the day before and it paled in comparison. I wish we’d know to book with The English Bus!! Why are you still reading? Go book with them!!

What a great day trip out of London!
As you leave the guides (Lucy & Jon) gave a little London history, and then it’s in the road to Stonehenge! The country side was beautiful to drive through and the bus is cozy.
Our incredibly knowledgeable sharing historical facts mixed in with more modern information. Stonehenge itself is a marvel, and the crowds weren’t too bad at all!
Bath was a stunning city and the walking tour is just the right length - a bit of background history, tips where to go and what to see and then you’re off!
I won’t ruin the surprise but the secret place was my favourite stop!
Our guides were so lovely, accommodating and chock full of info. On the ride back, they were checking in where people needed to be dropped off and had lots of suggestions for dinner or other sight seeing activities. They were also very helpful when it came to using transport. Overall, great scenes, great info and great company!

Great tour with a great guide. We did Stonehenge and Bath. I learned a lot of interesting facts and got to see the beautiful English countryside. I would recommend this tour. There was even a charging station in the van and water provided.

My husband and I are on our first trip to London. We booked a day tour to Stonehenge, Bath & a Secret Place tour with The English Bus. We could not be more pleased with our experience. Our guide Lilly was exceptional and the entire day far exceeded our expectations. I’d highly recommended any tour with this amazing company. What a great tour! I’ve had similar tours in other countries with multiple locations that feel rushed but this one was perfect. Tony was our guide and we went to Stonehenge, Bath and the Cotswolds. We had just the right amount of time at each place and thoroughly enjoyed our day. We liked having a smaller bus that was quite comfortable and had panoramic windows and roof. We also appreciated the drop off at our hotel. The only thing I would recommend is WiFi. That would make this tour absolutely perfect. In any event, Tony was absolutely amazing and informative and the tour exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!
