Fantastic shop and staff, after a real struggle finding a dress for my mother for my wedding, we had a wonderful experience here. So much choice and at such excellent prices that we bought three! The ladies were so friendly and helpful it was such a lovely trip - I'd reccomend anyone to stop by.

I took a pile of brand new clothes into the shop and asked if they could help me sell them.
The lady took them from me and explained the 'procedure' which was a little ridiculous. She gave no indication of what she would attempt to sell the items for, and left me feeling I was very much an inconvenience to her!
She spoke down to me and looked at me like I was scum! At 50% commission she's hardly doing me a favour!!
Anyway, three months later and one item sold out of 11! Plus the threat that she'll give the rest of my items to charity if I don't turn up on the exact date she requested.
I feel this business works well for buyers, but if you're wanting to sell then stick to Vinted!

I had the most wonderful experience at The Dress Agency! Nova, the owner, was incredibly warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I was looking for a prom dress on a budget, and she went above and beyond to help me find the perfect one. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, gave me honest advice, and made sure the dress suited me perfectly.

Not only did I find a beautiful dress at an affordable price, but the whole experience felt personal and stress-free. Nova’s kindness and expertise made all the difference, and I can’t recommend The Dress Agency enough. If you’re looking for a special outfit and want great service, this is definitely the place to go!

Been going to the Dress agency for many years, selling and buying. Always found staff friendly and helpful. Great selection of items from casual to special occasion. Prices reasonable, good quality and lots of choice. A little gem of a shop!! PA.

Just discovered this gem of a place, being new to the area. My mum used another agency for 30 years, which has recently closed down. Someone recommended this one. Its fab, staff were lovely and friendly, owner very welcoming and friendly. Left mum's stuff and I'll be taking my own too. Bought some bits too! Good range of styles, sizes, bags and shoes too ,

Recently taken clothes to sell in this shop 3 month later not an item sold and the prices put on the tags anyways were undervalued. I would not rate it at all owner rude abrupt in person and cheeky over phone!! Also bad mouth her other staff whom step in to help out never a Godwin would I go in this shop! Waste of my time a will just use eBay next time. 👎

I haven't bought brand new clothes in 5years since finding Nova and this pre loved dress shop. The quality of clothes is fantastic, I've had the like of Alexander McQueen and Karen Millen to name a few. They don't take low quality brands, the service is amazing and I'm always happy with what I get. Photo below (top from Nova)

I buy from here regularly. Stock changes frequently. Items are always clean and in great condition. Prices are amazing, beats anywhere else in the area.
