All I can say is, if you need anything with your phone/ laptop you MUST come to this place. My experience was exceptional. My laptop (very loved Mac!) decided to crash, so I took it to the Computer Lab. Simon looked at it, and over the few days he had it, checked the hard-drive and battery. Turned out, it wasn't something that was easily fixable without having to send it to Apple. He advised me on my options, pricing etc. I ended up buying a new laptop from him, and he transferred all my files, saving me the headache of having to figure it out. My laptop is my business hub, and without Simon, I don't know what I would have done. Please do consider this place. What is also refreshing, is that the advice and service you get is from genuine care, and not to fleece customers. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Thank you!

I cannot recommend this company enough, they have absolutely saved the day for me. My rather elderly laptop, which was holding a very large amount of files and data which I had foolishly not backed up, decided to die on me. The hard drive was on the point of complete failure, and with a great deal of care and time Falmouth Computer Lab saved the day, transferring everything on to a new external drive. I could see that the proprietor is a genuine expert, used to dealing with tricky situations for which there is no textbook answer, and someone who manages to find solutions to them. Plus they are very reasonably priced. So glad to know that Falmouth has a company of this calibre. Recommended without hesitation!!

Well I recently arrived in Falmouth dockyard, I had a Razer 15 laptop, I've had it for three years and never got it cleaned or new thermal paste and I was worried I wasn't gonna be able to get it done. But I found this little gem of a repair shop and what can I say a amazing independent business with people who generally take pride in there business and there customers. He managed to slot me in early and well worth the price my laptop feels new and it's managed to lower the CPU temperature by 30c which is alot it's not warm or anything. If I ever need anything done I will go to this place highly recommend

Had a laptop problem and had given it to them to see if they could fix it. They did everything they possibly could to find our the route of the problem and fix it. Ultimately it wasn't something they could fix but they were able to refer me to the manufacturer of my laptop to get it fixed and they offered to store my data in case the manufactureres would lose it. Ended up getting my latpop fixed and they even helped restart it as it was still having issues after having been fixed by the company it was made by. Amazing service, will definetly be going to them again if any more tech issues arise

Highly recommend the computer shop, I've had my desktop Mac fixed, son had his own build PC fix and I also got a artist pen to work on my Android Tablet. The computer shop is knowledgeable, approachable, and friendly.
Prices are fair and honest.
