The hotel was exactly where we wanted to stay and had some really nice features like allowing clients to bring back take aways to eat in the dining area. We didn’t avail ourselves of this but really appreciated this facility, nice touch. The proprietors (Damon & Celia) were really friendly and introduced us to their lovely dog Tia, which was another bonus. There are numerous places to eat within 400 yards, we ate at the Indian restaurant which was quality. Finally the breakfast, lots of options and quality produce, we definitely made the best decision when we chose to stay here. We shall return!

The friendly proprietor and his concern for our comfort, the comfortable room, and the pleasant breakfast area made this an enjoyable stay from start to finish. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast choices. Selsey provided a range of eating options within walking distance of the Coast Yard. Proved to be a good base for exploring Chichester and the Selsey peninsular. We particularly enjoyed exploring Chichester and the footpaths alongside Pagham Harbour.

Cozy room beautifully decorated. The bed is one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. WiFi good. Plenty of tea coffee and yummy biscuits and a chocolate. Breakfast great with lots of options available. Delightful place. Verity of beaches close by.

We had a warm welcome on arrival and Damon and staff looked after us for the whole of the stay.| The hotel is tastefully decorated and furnished throughout. Our room was very roomy, light and airy and comfortable.|Breakfast is a treat, carefully cooked food and beautifully presented, be sure to try the pancakes!|There is plenty of parking in the hotel car park and the garden at the back is delightful.

We stayed for 4 nights. Everything was perfect. Breakfast was superb with so many choices. Extremely comfortable bed and nice wooden classic furniture. Easy reach of lots of locations. Several pubs and restaurants within 5 mins walking distance and the beach only 15 minute walk. Chichester golf club only 10 minutes drive and Goodwood race course on 25 minute drive.

We had a double room in the main house overlooking the garden. The shower room was very compact but clean and serviceable. The room was made up each morning with tea and coffee and biscuits. |Other two adults and kids had a unit in the garden consisting of a double and a twin which was excellent for them as a family and was also dog friendly. Their room went straight out to the garden and there were tables and chairs where we sat out particularly in the evening with a drink as the weather was so good. |There is an honesty bar and they were happy for us to bring fish and chips in the first evening to eat outside.|Breakfasts were excellent with cereal and yoghurt and fresh fruit to help yourself and you then ordered whatever cooked breakfast you wanted. The full English was great. Also excellent coffee and toast.|Our granddaughter made us (and several others) laugh. She wanted some water and said she couldn’t find any. I pointed to a jug of water and she said she had seen it but it had a plant growing in it 🤣. It had actually got a,sprig of mint in it.|Great location within walking distance of the beach although we did drive there with all our clutter and could park nearby in the road or there is a car park. The beach is mostly stony but some sandy bits and not at all busy. Nice ice creams by the beach too.|Lovely break and highly recommended.

Lovely and tidy accommodation, nice comfy bed for a great nights sleep. Fabulous hosts and a great breakfast selection, there was literally everything you could want available. Easy walking distance from the shops and beach too, ideal!!

Friendly welcome from Damon who showed us 2 clean and comfortable rooms - one inside the house, and the other in the garden annex. The rooms have everything you need, including shower gel, shampoo, tea & coffee, lovely biscuits and mints 🙂 |Breakfast was great with plenty of fresh options. |Ideal location for our event at Seal Bay.
