Joined the whisky and chocolate tour. Alastair was a fantastic guide. He explained everything clearly during the distillery visit and provided lots of interesting information during the whisky and chocolate tasting. He shared why and how each chocolate was paired with a specific whisky. Really enjoy this part. We tasted five different whiskies, each paired with a locally made chocolate. We received a free whisky glass as a souvenir at the end.

The only downside was that the tour felt a bit rushed. There wasn’t enough time to read the historical displays in the Dockside Story area. It is not the tour guide fault. maybe the tour structure could be adjusted so guests have time to explore that section before the tour begins?

We really loved the experience here. Tour done by the amazing Riley and we were very impressed by her. She can really tell a good story. We did the 1 hour tour and got to taste some whiskies as well. The whiskies we tasted were really nice. They have a nice shop with souvenirs as well. No food in the café but the nice people in the shop gave us some recommendations to go have lunch in the city.

What a delightful afternoon!! Even if, like myself, you are unfamiliar with scotch whiskey, I predict that you will find the tour intriguing. The tour guides are knowledgeable and welcoming; the tour, including tasting, taakes about 45 minutes. If you need advice in the store, the staff are very helpful with regard to their own products as well as others offered for sale there. I will always remember my first taste of scotch!

I would add this distillery to everyone's itinerary whilst visiting Glasgow, it's great! Such a great location and the 1 hour distillery tour we booked was class. The distillery is very small but it's so nice inside, stylish and with beautiful views of the river. The whisky tasting included 3 drams from different casks, very good, and we were allowed to keep the glass as a souvenir which was a lovely touch. The distillery is quite new, it started production only in 2017, so the history of the place is more to do with the shipping docks and the pumphouse which has become the home of the distillery.

I attended the Clydeside Distillery yesterday and took part in the ‘whisky creator’ tour with Andy Cakebread. Andy was a phenomenal tour guide. He was highly knowledgeable and has a real passion for the Clydeside and whisky. I have been on many distillery tours over the years and Andy was one of the best guides I have ever had. He really personalised the tour for me and we had an amazing conversation about whisky over the hour and a half.

The ‘whisky creator’ experience itself was phenomenal and I HIGHLY recommend it. Get yourself along to the Clydeside Distillery ASAP.

We had a wonderful time doing the chocolate and whisky tasting tour on our anniversary. We had 5 different whiskey paired with 5 different flavors of chocolate made locally. We got to enjoy a private tasting room since it was just me and my husband. The view from the tasting room was amazing. I couldn’t ask for a better experience for our first day in Scotland.

Had a great time at Clydeside Distillery on their 1-hour tour. We tasted three whiskies, learned about the distillation process, and I got a nice whisky glass as a souvenir. It's a perfect option for a distillery experience in the city centre.

I booked a Clydeside tour and they took us through the distillery, explained the stages and an interactive session at the end on how adding a few drops of water transforms the taste of their whisky! A must visit!
