Ordered on the 24th was dispatched on the same day and was given a same between the 26th and 29th but phoned evri and they hadn't even scanned it, tried speaking to someone from customer service but never answered. I brought these as a birthday present and spent the last of my money so unable to buy another gift in time. Now I've got to be explain why I haven't got anything. I would like some more sent to replace the other order

Ordered a gift box for cheese for my mum on mother's Day, presentation of the box was beautiful and on time postage next day delivery. Perfect. My mum wanted it early so I allowed her to open the cheeses and she was super surprised by how nice they were! Super happy and I had a good deal, will definitely be back with another order for my partners birthday x

I am only giving 1 star as cannot give 0. They take your money and don't sent the items. They will claim that you don't have an order or can't find any details of the address etc. Except the order details you can obtain from their website yourself. They don't answer the phone the odd random email they respond to are as above no order/address. You send all the proof of bank accounts where money left account, order etc and they still do not respond. Basically they are a corrupt scam company. Looking at reviews not good and wished I saw this first. Also reviews from ex staff are equally as bad stay away at all costs if you value your money. Even all trust pilot reviews for this year are 1 star. AVOID

The worse customer service experience I've ever received. My order arrived late and only received it because I emailed them where it was. One item was out of stock so they delayed posting without telling me. (Ordered on 12th December and emailed the 19th) I ordered to make a christmas hamper!! Order arrived on 23rd December and arrived damaged because it was sent in a bag 😩 who sends loose glass chutney jars and cheeses in a bag?!? To make it worse, I order 10 fudge bars (2 was out of stock) but only received 3.. they made the whole experience of getting a refund so stressful. So many of my emails ignored. I was promised a full refund for the missing items and damaged items. But only just received a refund for missing items.. at the end of January?! I won't ever order from this company again, it's not worth the stress.

Ordered for a 70th birthday. I explained that I'd struggled to get the delivery date I needed online, and had been calling, and person I spoke with was super helpful and turned order around immediately; I ordered on the Wednesday and it turned up on the Friday. The cake of cheese went down a storm, thank you.

After initially leaving a poor review I think I have had to amend it.
Order was late arriving on top of Christmas with delivery date chosen not honoured, I was adamant I wouldn't order again even though the products were lovely. But my teenage grandson loved the cheese so much he talked me into ordering again. Thought I'd give it one more go. Got to say this order was delivered super fast. Just tried one of the cheeses & it is honestly lush. There was even a note with an apology in the box which was a nice gesture.
Perhaps the late deliveries over Christmas were just down to being in such high demand and trying to fulfil too many orders at once. Would suggest when ordering from the website not to take too much notice of the date you can choose, but just order in plenty of time for when you need it, the dates are good on the products so can order a little in advance. I will be reordering.

Delivery time was good. Unfortunately the quality of the cheese was pretty poor. Ordered 6 different flavours and can’t say any of them tasted as suggested or had any smooth texture to them.

Appalled by the lack of communication from this company. I tried ringing a few times and the call would just be ended. Emailed more than once but never got a replying. Finally received my order, part of a Birthday present which I had to give late. I notice your response to other reviews is that you will pass the comments onto the relevant teams. The relevant teams need to start reacting before your company is totally ruined.
