M11 shop ;which has every single things that we needed and those are affordable prices.
Really good service when I visited the Broadway post office and M11 shop The staff was very helpful and friendly. She made sure everything was done as correctly. In addition; she was able to do the work in very short time. I didn’t need to wait for the service for a long while. I recommend you to get good service there.

The woman working here always says my money is missing. I count it correctly until I get the money. She takes the money, counts it aside, and subtracts it. This is the second time she did it. I will complain. The woman working there might be a thief. Be careful with your money. The money is calculated in an area where you cannot see. and it says size is missing. Usually been a fine experience. But yesterday went there in the middle of the day and got told it was shut for 20 minutes, rather abruptly by the shopkeeper. Had to go all the way home and wasn't able to send off these urgent docs

One of the staff members is extremely polite and efficient, always happy to deal with her....the other staff member is atrocious...she clearly doesn't know what she's doing even thought she's been there a while, always have to wait for at least 20 minutes when she's manning the desk and takes extremely long to do the simplest of tasks..doesn't say hello to customers or smile.
