This superb B&B had been recommended and it certainly excelled our expectations. Jane is a wonderful host who was there to greet us upon arrival. Our ground floor room had it's own private entrance to the room. The room was very clean; had a good night's sleep in a comfortable bed with a nice linen. Good shower with toiletries provided. We opted for the Continental breakfast which was brought to our room and on the second morning we were able to enjoy our breakfast sitting outside on our own small patio. There were plenty of tea and coffee making facilities in the room and having fresh milk every day, and fresh flowers in the room, gave this B&B those extra special finishing touches. Bus stop outside the accommodation which frequently runs to Chichester and Portsmouth. Could have done with staying longer but Jane was fully booked and she did put herself out to accommodate our 2-night stay. Highly recommended indeed.

We had such a lovely stay at The Bosham Boathouse. The room was extremely clean, the bed was very comfortable and all the facilities faultless. But most of all we loved Jane our host. She was so kind, friendly and helpful with local knowledge. We can't recommend highly enough and we will definately stay again. |The location is also brilliant, a short drive/bus to Chichester, the Witterings beaches, Arundel and copious lovely pubs and restaurants. Lovely walks around the hotel itself.

A very comfortable stay in a lovely B&B. The room was clean and spacious with Hypnos twin beds and plenty of storage and amenities - great shower, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities and a continental breakfast included in the price, served in your room. Cooked breakfast, if you wanted it, was served in the nearby breakfast room for £12.50. Little outside seating area, own front door and plenty of parking. The hotel is right next to a handy bus stop for travelling into Bosham or Chichester. There is also a beautiful garden full of colourful plants with a seating area and a pond and water feature. Jane, the owner, was very friendly and helpful and gave us lots of tips and hints to make our stay even better. Highly recommend.

The most amazing bed and breakfast. Beautiful set up and so clean and modern. Lovely outside area. Jane is such a lovely host. The breakfast was amazing - catered so well for my husband who is a coeliac. Really couldn't rate it high enough.

We had the most wonderful stay. Beautifully clean, delicious breakfast and elegant touches in our room. Super convenient location and a delightful welcome from Jane who looked after us so very well. A very classy establishment and we plan to stay again! Recommend highly.

This is the second time we have stayed at The Bosham Boathouse and once again the standard was excellent. Jane is a lovely hostess and nothing is too much trouble. She cooks a "mean" breakfast which sets you up for the day. Her home made marmalade is wonderful that even Paddington Bear would be proud of. We cannot rate this accommodation highly enough, it is beyond excellent! Thank you Jane for a most enjoyable 5 nights stay.

We had an excellent 3 nights at the Boathouse. The room was very comfortable, the pillows exceptionally so, and English breakfast beautifully cooked and presented. ||A real bonus was the bus stop immediately outside the B&B. During the day the buses run every 20 minutes, stopping outside Chichester cathedral, and every 30 minutes later on. It was relaxing to leave the car and travel so easily into Chichester and in the Portsmouth direction too.||We were made very welcome by Jane, who was a perfect host.

Nothing is too much for Jane, who presides over a set of well equipped individual rooms, each of which has its own entrance and access to the lovely gardens. ||Breakfast are exquisite and well prepared and Jane is around to answer any questions guests have about the area as they plan their day ahead.
