Claire has turned this lovely little shop around since taking over. Always friendly and greets you with a smile. The shop is a treasure trove of all sorts of goodies and at great prices. The best bit? Definitely the bread! 😁 We do an hour round trip by road to come and visit. Definitely 5 stars, but would give more if I could! ☺️

Visited this place several times and though I'd leave a review for this amazing little gem of a shop.
Claire is always cheerful and happy to help with anything you need. Serves a great coffee and always has bacon in the fridge. Also serves fresh bread baked daily. 😀
Canalside shops are a rare find now-a-days and I'm glad to see this one is thriving and keeping the charm and history of the British canal system alive.

Sweet little store, old fashioned and good selection of gifts and snacks at probably better than average value. Lady seemed very pleasant. Interesting items on display with all kinds of local navigational history as you enter. Nice to have such a store on the waters edge! But, it does smell badly of stale smoke and the Aldi own branded foodstuffs being resold was a bit of a surprise…
