Mad Alice is absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend this tour enough. She’s extremely knowledgeable really good with names very humorous and I absolutely enjoyed the time I spent with her. Definitely going to do this again!

Amazing tour to end a day in York! ❤️Definitely do not miss out and book your tickets! Mad Alice is a wonderful, talented story teller, entertaining, delightful and very knowledgeable guide! I got goosebumps, laughed and had an amazing time! Would give 10 stars if possible! I was blown away that she remembered everyone’s name and engaged in conversation with everyone! Absolutely blown away by this experience!

Great fun ! Mad Alice was very entertaining with tales of mysterious events and people from York throughout the ages. Anecdotes about terrible historical events and visits to haunted places around the city. This was a good choice ! Well done Mad Alice ?

Having gone on several ghost tours in York, I have to say this one is excellent. Mad Alice is really knowledgeable about the history of York and delivers it in a fun way. I learned lots of interesting things about places to visit whilst in York that I haven’t been or even heard of. I really liked that Alice chatted with everyone on the tour. It’s a 10/10 from me ?

Absolutely awesome tour. Mad Alice is a wealth of knowledge. Loved all the stories and walk around York. So glad we chose to do this tour. Could have listened to her stories all night. This has probably been my favourite tour in the last 3 weeks, since holidaying here from Australia. Highly recommended this too anyone.

What a fun informative evening we had spent in the brilliant company of Mad Alice. Her knowledge and her fantastic memory were second to none. We enjoyed seeing all the sights and learning about Yorks bloody past. Taking the tour in the dark added to the atmosphere. We highly recommend this tour and can't wait to sample the York Gin that has been named after Alice. Will definitely be having one for the road.

Absolutely wonderful tour. Alice was so knowledgeable and an amazing storyteller as well as including everyone in the tour! Time well spent and such amazing knowledge. She even took the time to tell us some fun history just behind our hotel. We had a blast!
