We thoroughly enjoyed our experience here, Joe our guide is a credit to your company and safety is clearly a priority! I loved the fact we were in a tank surrounded by some sharks and we were actually also in the middle of Birmingham. The tank was warmer than we expected. The whole experience went very smoothly and I got some fab pictures too

The cafe was handy for a Costa Coffee after and the food looked and smelt amazing.

Traveling beneath the waves for the shark dive was truly a once in a lifetime adventure! The experience was breathtaking from start to finish. After meeting the amazing team—Tanya, Allan and Ollie—we were fully equipped and trained for the dive. At first, breathing through the aqualung was a bit scary, but the team’s step by step guidance helped us overcome our fear.

We spent an unbelievable time 4 meters deep, exploring the aquarium and coming face to face with big-tooth sharks. Feeding over 500 colorful and vibrant fish was like a dream—it was beyond beautiful! This experience is absolutely unforgettable and has inspired me to pursue a diving course next.

Huge thanks to the incredibly patient and professional team for making this adventure so memorable. Can’t recommend them enough!

The only disappointment was the lack of responsiveness from Kerry on the info email—it took several weeks to finally book our experience. Aside from that, the dive itself was incredible!

Shark Dive Saturday 20th July
This was an amazing experience that my husband brought me for my birthday, fantastic diving instructors Ollie and Ryan. Who made this the experience it was. I would have given full 5 star but the experience didn’t last the full 120 minutes, I think it was a bit rushed at the end, there was a group of 6 on the last dive of the day, starting at 5.30 , we were all back out dressed and waiting for our pictures in reception before 7 pm.
But saying that, I would recommend and I would do it again. Please pass on my thanks to (I’m sure his name was Ryan, he has the long hair), he was very knowledgeable and made my experience a great one
Thank you

Took my brother in law for his birthday for the iFly experience so I had to do it too, definitely up there with some of the best things I've done just wish it was longer. Absolutely loved it, and didn't stop smiling. I'm not great with heights but pushed that to one side and even paid the extra £10 to go high on second flight.
We had a fantastic instructor Dylan, put your trust in them as you are in good hands. It was great watching him when we'd finished, some incredible skills. Pass on my thanks to Dylan
The venue too was great even if you aren't taking part, there's some good areas for spectators, places to sit and grab a bite to eat or drink.
It was a shame the adventure park was closed as this should have been included in our ticket, so didn't get to do that. But regardless a great day.
I'll definitely be back.

We had a great day... we had everything booked in advance and in order. Our favourite was axe throwing. Staff were brilliant and really kind tk the children! Also, we went on the high ropes but one of the children hated it...everyone was so helpful and supportive getting us off quickly! Great experience!

+ High ropes were great - much scarier than you might think
+ Good variety of activities
+ Locker system with a wristband is very easy and works well
+ Easy to get a discount from parking, when you arrive
+ Staff are friendly
+ There's a Costa Coffee inside
+ Some really nice trees outside
+ There are places to eat nearby

+/- First visit to the high ropes and zip line was cancelled due to thunder and lightening. Refund, rebooking or replacement with a different activity was offered
+/- Car park is a fair walk away (~10min). However, the walk is pleasant with a lake, path and lots of trees

- Expensive for the duration you get

Had a birthday present for archery and swimming with the sharks.

It didn't disappoint!

Archery was a fast 30 minute class - very good. Played a few target games and finished feeling great.

Snorkelling in the tank was amazing. Lots of black tip sharks. A massive shark called Monty and The Zebra shark literally swam right next to my face - ill never forget it!

My son and I had a great time and we decided to do some other activities aswell...

We tried the hanging challege - hang on for 2 minutes and win a bear grylls bag. I managed 45 seconds (slippy hands - take chaulk!)

We also did the rock climbing which was really good. It was split into 3 sections - bouldering, climbing walls and climbing walls which are replicas of real climbing sites such as France and Arizona. The instructors were really helpful.

Food was expensive (ish) but that is to be expected at these places. We did take a back pack for our swimming kits and i always take water with us. Im certain you could take a packed lunch and just eat it in the food area.

Lots more to do there (zipline, high ropes, shooting, indoor skydiving) and we will we definately go back.

I would book online as its cheaper and you guarentee a space. We did try to do shooting aswell but it was fully booked on the day.

It was easy to get to and we opted to go by train to birmingham new street then onto the NEC. Simple and cheaper than the car.

Great day out!

Swimming with sharks experience. A woman called Sue introduced herself and from this moment on it was absolutely amazing... Sue was so informative and clearly knows her stuff, she explained clearly what we had to do from start to finish and was there with us all the way through in case we ran into difficulty. I wish the photos were clearer but I feel this is down to what the equipment she has been given to use. Would I swim with sharks again? Absolutely! We are looking at doing the scuba swimming next and we are going to request Sue.
Sue is an absolute credit to you.
Thank you

This was a present for my birthday and it is a real dream come true. Four of us went and we were early so we decided to put our stuff in the lockers sign our wavers and go for food at Bear Grylls, the woman that originally served us was polite and very accommodating, she explained that our buzzer would go off when we needed to collect and where to collect from. When I went to get the food I was only given my sandwich by a young woman with big hair, when I asked where my wife's food was I was told it would be 5 minutes.. (The food place was empty?) I explained that we were all eating together and I was told - quote "there was a mess up in the kitchen it will be 5 minutes" then nothing. I shared my hot sandwich with my wife until her hotdog came out. I was really disappointed with the merchandise as there were no adult tshirts and 90% of the gift shop was for children.
