We enjoyed a nice peaceful break for Easter at the Annexe.
Off road parking, easy check in and dog friendly.
It had everything you need.
We would definitely return.

An absolutley fabulous place to stay. Plenty of room for us with 2 kids and 2 dogs. Easy to find and park. Short walk to the beach which was great and plenty of wildlife to see. Good eats nearby. Definatley recommended.

Just wow!What an amazing little apartment, not far from the centre of Pagham or the beach/lagoon.

They have literally thought of everything from towels and bedding to hairdryers, to kitchen roll and toilet roll and complimentary tea and coffee and milk and cookies to washing up liquid.

Such a great place to stay.

Only small thing that was actually a little funny was tv in bedroom turned itself on once when noone was in the bedroom, otherwise couldnt fault anything at all.

Beautiful experience. Stunning spacious annexe. Every little detail was thought of, from tea/coffee/milk provided for stay, discreet messages around property to guide us what to do. Spare put-up bed provided, extra linen/pillows/wash towels provided. Beautiful decor and aesthetics, so luxurious, skylights to bring natural light in, pretty lights in skylight. Felt so welcome as soon as we set foot in property. Yet given 100% privacy throughout our stay. Bedroom coastal vibe and bathroom/walk-in shower chic design. Very comfortable bed/mattress. Slept like a log! Fantastic location- 5mins walk from Pagham estuary/beach. Our small dogs loved it too, very settled and loved the walks. Truly a "home from home"! We would love to visit Pagham Annexe again and recommend to everyone.

Just back from another great stay at the Annex. We had 4 days visiting in-laws in Bognor and had glorious weather. The property is extremely comfortable and luxurious, having everything you could need, and it has lovely small space out the back just for sitting and chilling. This is our third visit and each one has been comfortable and relaxing with every detail taken care of by the hosts. As a bonus, it is extremely dog friendly (for well behaved dogs) and ours just love being there. We will be back next April all being well.

Another great stay. Been quite a few times and back again in may & july. Lovely place with everything you need. It feels like home everytime we return. Lovely walks and the beach very close by. Will keep returning as its perfect .

Well furnished and equipped, great location, short walk to beach and amenities, very good communication with owners, very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again.
