I am really disappointed with my experience with this company. I had a positive initial interaction with Cassie (Director) and was genuinely interested in a role that came up locally to me. After an introductory call with the owner, I felt the conversation went well, and I was hopeful about the next steps. However, four months have passed, and despite my efforts to follow up with both Cassie and the agency, I have received no communication. This lack of professionalism is incredibly frustrating. While I completely understand if I wasn't successful, I would have much preferred to be informed rather than left in the dark and having to chase for a response. A little transparency would have gone a long way.

The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and always have answers to any queries. I've worked through 'The Agency' as a temp worker for around 3-4 months and have always been paid on time. I did have one pay-per-hour issue after the national wage increased in April, but it was resolved within a week.
