Poor unreliable service. The x34 is always turning up late or not at all. And why on earth have the same number for a bus that goes in two different directions The stations say no smoking but it’s ok for all the staff? Oh and multiple staff members without uniforms as well just to make it even more confusing

On Wednesday evening I was on my way home on the x2 bus service from canning cresent back to drayton and the bus driver kept getting off the bus at every stop to talk on his mobile phone witch I think is not funny because that delayed the bus service even more and the passengers were not happy and neither was I

It’s amazing that in any other industry if 50% of the time your product failed, was delayed or failed to show up you wouldn’t have a business.

Thames Travel seem to thrive on the above sadly.

I work here and right from the bottom of my heart it is without doubt the best place I've ever worked!! The people are fantastic to work with so helpful and friendly, would recommend anyone looking to become a bus driver with a sense of humour to come work here.

Extremely unreliable service, with daily delays and cancellations with absolutely 0 notice. They also allocate low capacity buses in high volume journeys, and the sotumer service does not reply to any complaints. The WORST bus company I've ever seen.

Their app just lies about bus times. It doesn't track bus positions, it just makes them up. They keep showing busses driving past me or being right in front of me when they're not.
I've never known a Thames travel bus to be on time, and they don't accurately update when they're not on time. They make getting to and from work a terrible experience for hundreds of people every day. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Utterly disgusted, my daughter spent 5 hrs travelling on trains, rail replacement to get to oxford to catch last bus x2 3/2/21into abingdon. She found she had lost her purse and offered her details to the driver, who told her tough, closed the doors and drove off, leaving a lone female totally stranded. I also work on public transport and know this is not the usual irresponsible attitude and treatment that any travel company would advocate to an obviously vulnerable person and especially as she is also a fellow key worker
