Thames River Sightseeing - London

We took the river cruise down the Thames in London to Greenwich. The staff gave a humorous and informative commentary of the sites along the way. Kept you engaged and pointed out so much along the way. They even slowed the boat down so we could take pics of a large sailboat going under the Tower Bridge. I appreciated that very much. We visited in late Sept 2024 so there wasn’t a need to purchase tickets in advance. We sat outdoors and enjoyed the cruise very much.

I liked that I could book my trip 2h before departure , was let on board half an hour earlier before my booking. Boat wasn't overcooked. We departed from Westminster Pier. Saw Big Ben, London Eye from different angles and finished reaching Tower Bridge . Had amazing tour guide/staff member who made trip a lot more enjoyable. 😊

Book in advance, be on time. It is an alternative view from the cruise vs when on foot. Gorgeous lights and perspectives from Tower Pier to Greenwich. The latter is charming with its market n rustic vibes

I took a boat from Victoria to Greenwich the other weekend and it was absolutely brilliant. Seeing all of the sights from the river definitely gives a different perspective and well worth the money. I think it was something like £17 which is pretty good value for money. The crew on board aren’t official tour guides but they’re just as good. They give you lots of information without talking too much and they are very funny.

Enjoyed seeing London from the River. Got on boat at Westminster and went to Greenwich. Weather was sunny which was a bonus, although cold on top but it was January! Tour is flexible as we arrived early and were allowed to get an earlier trip. At Greenwich went into the Maritime Museum, really interesting and encourage interaction for children (or adults) pressing buttons to get more information or touching screens to access more information on exhibitions. Would recommend the boat trip and the Museum.

Was looking for a more relaxing way to get from Westminster to the Tower Bridge in time for a few things booked whilst on a visit on 5th September.
Booked in advance direct with the company online which made turning up on the day easy.
The commentary that we got from one of the crew was an added bonus. Very informative and very good fun. Really did make the journey even better. I didn’t get his name but was on the 12noon ride. 100% recommend

An Honest Family Review
After browsing through various river boat companies I decided to treat my family to a wonderful boat cruise along River Thames by choosing this company during our UK visit in August 2024. Although the entire 1-hour cruise all the way to Greenwich (from Westminster) was enjoyable it didn't exactly fill my expectations. Overall sightseeing was beautiful but felt the facilities were bit cheap (see those regular uncomfortable "kitchen" chairs standing unsupported in the picture?). Arrived 20 min BEFORE our scheduled 3pm departure and ALL the outdoor seats were already filled so we were forced to take the seats inside. It's important to arrive 30 min before I guess. At least once we arrived at Tower Bridge pier where most folks took off we were then able to move to the front. The only reason I gave 4-stars and not 3 is because of the tour guide announcer. He had such a deep historical knowledge and the way he expressed himself that my teen son took an interest to listen and truly enjoyed this history lesson I guess. Thank you.
