The customer service here is ridiculous. All of the staff are rude. They give incredibly cheeky answers and I'd expect more from grown adults. I would not shop here, if I didn't have to. The staff always seem miserable and they project that energy onto the customers.

I went to the travel shop early morning before work realising that my ticket was going to expire in next day. At the counter guy with curly hair with glasses asked the question I couldn't hear a thing and started being rude to me. When I asked I want my ticket starting from next day he said he has lots of paperwork to do!!!!! I'm not sure why he was explaining to me that all I want is ticket!!! Later on he realised that he didn't turn the microphone on!!!! I ended up having a ticket from that day not from next day!!!! Absolutely an awful service! Ruined my morning! That guy better learn how to treat customers. Otherwise shouldn't be there!!!!!!......

Great customer services, all members are very polite and helpful. They answer every questions clearly. I attended there couple of times to buy ticket, each time they explained every single things about different tickets, prices and services. I recommend there.

Asked very clearly for a bus and train ticket as it was the first time I bought I didn’t know what pass to expect, the lady gave me a TRAM and bus ticket, came back to change on the other day as my pass didn’t worked at the station, very rude lad now said I couldn’t change one day after. I’m 5 months pregnant, came all the way to Travelshop to make sure I bought the right ticket, now I wasted £36,60 that I do not have. Ended up crying there and he just didn’t do nothing. I’m just so upset and disappointed 😔

I went here on the 9th august 2018 around 4pm Women on desk 5 was so rude and unhelpful i seen how she was with others very polite but when it was my turn her attitude changed. I am not gona pull a race card here but i think she didnt want to help me at all due to my appearance i asked for information she didnt want give me anything useful.

You get what you need but the staff are moody everytime. I have to go there each month for a ticket. They must all hate the job. Gmpte should close the office and move everything online. Simple. Oh and fire the staff. 🙂

Middle aged female employee is just a downright rude, miserable and horrible woman with no people's skills. I went to renew a travel pass only for her to say i wasn't entitled to it because my employment had exceeded more than 6 months. That's fine but it is possible to tell me in a respectful manner? Disgusting person.

P.s. Just read the other reviews and it seems quite a few others have had run ins with the older female employee, what is GMPTE doing about this person, if at all anything? How is she allowed to get away with treating members of the public like disposable dirt? Btw i'm Asian and the other people with grievances against this female employee seem to be BAME, it's almost like the older female lady has a problem with foreign looking people? What are you going to do about it GMPTE or don't you care?
