Bought a bottle of Demon Ice yesterday and sprayed on the windscreen, lo and behold the ice on the windscreen was just as bad as the others that I hadn't sprayed. Though I didn't check the temperature in the middle of the night I'm quite sure it wasn't minus 20, at £4.50 per bottle it was not cheap. Would certainly not recommend this product. For some reason I tried this stuff again with what was left from the last time, lo and behold it did exactly the same, truly useless,shame a minimum of 1 star has to be left.

I bought a new petrol can (green unleaded) because the previous one (same item) was getting on my nerves, as the pout cap was always very tight on its thread. The main cap working fine.
Low and behold the new one does exactly the same as the first, five year old one! Speaking to a pal, who once sold them, he said they all do that! Obviously a manufacturing issue.
A pity, as otherwise it is an excellent product.

I am not moaning as it was only £6 but I would rather pay double for decent quality than fill up landfill with stuff that which isn't.

No quality control; no customer service.

I bought 4 cans of Tetrion spray paint: black, blue, red & yellow. The first three worked OK [not great; but OK]. The yellow didn't. It came out like slightly yellowish varnish, with essentially no pigment in it. After 7 coats, it STILL hadn't covered the underlying colours.

I took it back to the retailer and got a replacement. Same result. The retailer refunded me, and said the' talk to the Tetrion rep. I complained to Tetrion Customer Service. No response from either.

IT IS JUST WATER WITH CHERRY FLAVOUR. DOES NOT WORK THE NIGHT BEFORE NOR EVEN IN THE MORNING.I KNOW , I TRIED IT LAST NIGHT AND THIS MORNING. IT FREEZES ON FROZEN WIDSCREENS. Trading Standards and Consumer Watchdogs have now been contacted.
STAY CLEAR OF CARPLAN FAKE SO CALLED DE-ICERS. THEY ARE A CON !!!
I hope they are fined MILLIONS the same as Compare the market was when I reported them too.!!!

Really terrible products, there cans always fail although I followed all the guidelines and contacted Tetrosyl about their products and they said they had a faulty batch and so sent me new ones but they failed too. It seems to be an inherent fault I asked for the money back but like Ali Baba and the 40 thieves there was no open sesame, only too talk to the hand! Will never buy thier products again.
