It was quite short but it was brilliant. The flashing lights effects were brilliant and I loved the nun. I was in there for 10 minutes and I heard a chainsaw at the end and because I'm a laugher, I laughed. But my girlfriend was screaming. Brilliant experience in Scarborough. Well worth a visit. 5 stars

Tbh I was very underwhelmed with the experience. It was the thought of someone jumping out that brings on ABIT more a tense feeling but nothing really happened.

Spoilers on areas.
Areas that I remember - Freddy (elm st) - the nun - Jurassic park - alien/predator - jaws and the end 'scare'

Now the sets are small but they do look good. The sound was impressive. And there was nice touches put in. Takes about 15mins and you only go with your own party - so if you book yourself, it will just be you. Dark and if your claustrophobic, maybe don't go as the paths are very narrow. Also up and down stairs so if you have mobility issues, again stay away. But £6 online was ok price.

I was genuinely hoping someone would run out and scare you (like the pasaje del terror) but some areas had mechanical things that tries to scare you or animations. But right at the very end it and you see a curtain, it was obvious someone was going to pop out but we walked past it and I heard a noise and some guy is just standing there (prob a skinny leather face) and he just stands there then goes back into the curtain, we were about 10feet away and when I saw him I said 'there he is' and that was it. Walked out the door and it was the end I thought 'is that it?' I give 2 stars as the areas where decent and pretty cool and the sound was loud and clear and went with the area (like the jaws music)

My wife absolutely screams over everything and anything and is very easily scared, I had to bribe her to go in. She kept going something is gonna happen but it never really. The door shut loudly behind her and she screamed at that more than the areas and she walked out and went 'was that the only live actor' and she never really seen him as she went ahead of me when I said someone is coming out that curtain. Wouldn't go again but an ok way to pass 15 mins. Maybe if 2 small parties went together it would bring more fear.

Fun little attraction! We are big horror fans, and for the price we were pleasantly surprised and really impressed with the quality of the set pieces/theming!

A few more live scare actors would make this even better!

Took my child, who walked in and wanted to leave as we walked through the very first door, less than 30 seconds in and left through the entrance that's how little we went in, she came out crying. Asked if I could use the tickets to come tomorrow with my sister and family, I was told no refunds. Was not advised this on the door. We were literally in 30 seconds. I get with adults no refunds, but a child coming out crying after 30 seconds they could at least do tickets to return later. Won't visit again even with my adult friends now.

Right. Let's get one thing straight. This is a load of rubbish. But it's a really good load of quite scary rubbish - and I loved it. And you will too. Probably.

I don't really know why I went in. I asked the chap selling tickets a couple of questions and thought it would be a laugh - so I bought a ticket.

I went through the first couple of rooms, laughing at the effects and enjoying myself. Then I went up a flight of stairs through a really dark room, and just as I was about to push on, I felt myself becoming a little hesitant. I even considered bailing.

I took a couple of minutes, gave myself a bit of a talking to and pushed on. And now I feel quite pleased with myself.

Fun = had.
£6 = spent.
Pants = pooed.

Been in today and thought this was absolutely terrifying!!! My boyfriend and I went in thinking we’d be looking at fun horror sets we did not expect to be gripping each other screaming through out!! It was the dinosaur that made us really jump I fell to the floor haha! Also! We saw the live actor and thought they were just a figurine! We were looking at them for ages and ran so fast when they started to come after us. We were so scared we didn’t dare look in the last attraction which I’m glad as I’ve read it’s a super scary chainsaw one. 10/10 recommend, will definitely brave it again next time in in Scarborough!

Fun little attraction. We didn't expect much, but were pleasantly surprised. There are a few jump scares, and at the end I run out screaming. I love horror movies, but to be fair I'm also easily scared 😉

I can't believe this is still going. I came here about 25 years ago in my teens whilst on holiday. It was great fun. If the escape out is still the same, i remember walking through into a narrow corridor with my mate behind me, before then getting the biggest scare and running out the final door and almost running into the road. Pure horror adrenaline! Great memory.
