Bus station is a far cry from what it use to be. Old station was a well designed, enclosed space with a shop, alot of seating, timetable shop and alot of stands, now a poorly designed falling apart structure which is freezing in the winter since it’s all open, tiles have been falling off the wall ever since it opened, doors not working, flights falling off the roof and the TVs are covered in pigeon poo. The new timetable store lasted a few months before Arriva closed it and turned it into a staff lounge.

I arrived well in time for my bus. I checked the boards and went to the stand. Another bus pulled up at the stand and the driver got out and told people that it's the wrong stand, doesn't know why it's showing the wrong stand (it always does) Then the app says the bus is delayed by 10 minutes, it's not it's on time. So anyone who was thinking its 2 minute late and from 1 stand would miss the bus and not know it went from another. No staff on the ground to ask, also the route the driver takes and it stops do not match the app. It seems the bus station displays one thing, the apps display another and the drivers have to direct people by getting off the bus to tell people as no staff in person.

Sorry to see the Telford Travel Shop closed very hard to get information and buy National Express tickets as there no Arriva Staff like a supervisor to ask for info. The Bus Station is like a dump lots of litter and could do with a cleaner there doing regular checks like every hour every day. Maybe make sure buses are on the right stands and not blocking the National Express coach stand. One of the worse bus stations I have used

Wish there were more outlets. It’s a nice place nevertheless and it’s lovely to hangout especially during the weekends.

Just beautiful. A modern shopping arcade, truly glistening, merging into a continuous, evolving landscape running past their Council House & ending at a small but lovely train station. Telford Town Centre is a beautiful piece of work & a dreamer's first love.

Big place with a large selection of shops almost all under one roof clean and tidy with plenty of space plenty of various types of shops and places to eat lots of parking at various locations around the centre and if you go on a Sunday it's £1 to park all day so subsequently that is when the centre is it's busiest shops vary from leading chainstores like Primark Marks and Spencers etc to smaller independent shops

Seems they replaced the old bus station with a worse one! It is not totally closed in so it's freezing in winter. There are nowhere near enough seats, more need to be added at the back of the station, and for goodness sake install some electronic departure boards and a clock , so we have more of an idea if a bus is due or has left, other than trying to read the small print on the timetables sellotaped to the doors!
