Ordered a taxi in advance for 6pm and the driver accepted my order over the phone, whilst also accepting random pedestrians and drove them to their destination first so he was late to me and caused me to miss my train.

Excellent taxi service, indeed the best in Ceredigion. Always prompt and polite. Nice to be able to say that these days! Richard was at the wheel tonight and was very attentive to his driving along the winding roads to Tregaron. I love getting confirmation of my booking. That's the sign of excellent service. I've been using Teifi taxis since I had an ischaemic stroke last Oct meaning I am currently unable to drive. Nick, Elaine & All of the gang have been absolutely wonderful... always friendly, prompt & with immaculate vehicles. I would definitely recommend them to
everyone. I know I'm safe & that they'll go over & above to provide an outstanding service. They're most definitely the best taxi company I have ever used.Thank you all so very much for Caring & making me feel less totally Alone.xx

Professional and efficient taxi service as always.
But what has happened to the phone booking system? I was connected to someone in a faraway land and had to spell every letter of Cei Bach and Aberaeron! 🤷🏻‍♀️😫 It did not instill us with confidence that the taxi would arrive.
