Can't recommend this company enough, bought my caravan online from them and was a bit hesitant about distant buying without seeing the caravan but after reading their reviews and the competitive price I went ahead, so glad I did as there was no need to worry, I did have a few unforseen teething problems and being on the otherside of the country was concerned but the service I received from Tom and his team was first class in resolving my issues, Tom himself was very patient, knowledgeable and done everything to make sure I was happy with my purchase nothing was to much trouble this guy really cares for his customers from first contact to the numerous follow up calls I received, as said the company is on the otherside of the country from me but I will certainly be a returning customer and would highly recommend anyone in the market to buy a caravan to look at this company regardless of your location.....oh and I received a very competitive part exchange price.

Bought caravan in October last year first time out march 24th 2025 not able to try the caravan out till then. The staff at tees valley caravans were great. went to pick caravan up not shown things working so thought ok I've got 12mounth warenty. First thing the fridge needs a battery pack to work on gas got that with no bother went of on holiday on 24th March fridge not working on 240volt toilet not flush looks like water been left in flush tank when I was told all had been drained down also leaking from water inlet. Not a good start contacted t.v caravans told to ring warenty all said and tees valley caravans are OK caravan was spotlessly clean and I got a good discount would I use tee valley caravans again yes but next time I will insist to see things working

From first entering the display area to leaving with our caravan, I can honestly say that we received the best service possible from all the staff but especially Liam. He approached us after we’d had a couple of minutes to look around and told us to just give him a shout if we needed anything. I hate being jumped on by sales people but I don’t like being ignored either and Liam gave us the perfect amount of attention. After looking at a few caravans we said we had a bit to think about and again, Liam wasn’t pushy in the slightest. We returned later in the week to look at the caravan we liked most and bought it. When we went to pick it up, Liam was really knowledgable and explained how everything worked with plenty of patience. We cannot recommend Tees Valley Caravans highly enough. The whole experience with them has been nothing short of perfect. Well done everyone at Tees Valley, a lot of other businesses could learn a lot from you.
