I was extremely let down by the Tees Law Family team with my divorce. After my first hearing, I was so disappointed by the way my family matter was handled with poor representation in court and significant omissions and discrepancies between my position statement and what was presented in court. Despite being billed extortionately high fees each month, I was given a very poor service. Because this has led to significant delays in my family matter, I have had to instruct another solicitor at this crucial stage of my divorce. I would not recommend instructing Tees for any divorce case, let alone a high net worth one. This firm is all about the billing with no focus on you as a client or on your case.

Don't use them for probate!! We have an uncomplicated probate case that's still ongoing and started in October 2022. It is now 2025 and we are still chasing, following up, asking for information, trying to get this wrapped up. We've experienced changes of lawyers, little to no communication, lost documentation (on Tees side not ours) and writing this today as received a letter saying our shares still haven't been sold. We feel utterly defeated and helpless as the experience has been exhausting, Tees has made it so much worse than it already is despite emails to their partners to escalate their shortcomings.
