I was given so much work at some amazing schools! Jamie was also there if I needed anything! Having worked with multiple agencies while in uni, and even after I graduated I've come across different kinds of consultants-
the ones who asks you to take an early morning booking for a school which is an hour and a half away from your house, the ones who gives no importance to your mental health and the ones who you have to argue with, for even the basic salary.

Sam and Jamie has been a refreshing change.Sam never asked me for anything unreasonable. He would always find the best schools for me and after work he would constantly check up on me to see how it went. He would constantly remind me to take a break and have a good day of rest!

Sam knew how hard I was trying to get into a full-time teaching position and to have my QTS. He helped me with all sincerity .He found the best school for me, helped me with my interviews( he literally gave me tips and he researched about the school for me) .When I got my QTS approved by the school, he was so happy and excited for me and that's when I realized that T&C not only gave me the best consultant but also gave me a good friend whom I can rely on.

So if you're looking for a team that is going to support you with your career, that is gonna motivate you and inspire you,then T&C is the right choice.

Jamie has been amazing and very supportive, he placed me perfectly with a school that secured my job from September. T&C is very professional but also great at forming a one to one work relationship. Both Sam and Jamie are such lovely people to work with and so understanding. I started by applying for a job within the secondary school area however I was quite nervous and wanted to build confidence before working with older children, so Sam passed me along to Jamie to find work more suited to me which has been amazing so far. They have just been so nice, constantly checking up to see if I am okay regardless of whether I had shifts with them. I would recommend this company to anyone whether thats for hiring a supply teacher/ta or working with and I only hope more people notice this small but brilliant company.

I have been working for Jamie for the past 6 months. He consistently gave me work and treated me with the upmost respect at all times.

Jamie works so hard to get the schools which you love to go to and consistently gives you jobs to go too. He is one of the most hard working people I know. He is so respectful at all times and very professional. Jamie has gone above and beyond expectations from the moment I signed with him. He is flexible and very organised.

Working with T&C has been amazing! I started doing supply work for the first time in December 2023 - they actually found me. Jamie and Sam really listen to worries and concerns, and especially when it can be lonely as you don't have teacher colleagues everyday, this makes a huge difference. They are very quick to respond to messages and take into account your preferences. They've helped me build a good reputation with local schools and secure a fantastic long term placement.

I was unsure whether to carry on in education but I feel like I'm in a much better place now thanks to them. I am honoured to be working with T&C. Thank you so much! 😊

Started working for Teach and Connect in mid January. When I 1st got an email I was a bit unsure as who would be working at 7.30 in the morning, sending emails! Well, Jamie would!! He is super supportive and nothing is ever too much trouble and always around to answer questions. (And I have A LOT of questions!) Sam was so helpful when giving advice on interviews, and someone to bounce ideas off of, and I can't thank them both enough!
Started at a school, through T and C, and now going full time and I'm so pleased! If it wasn't for Jamie, I'm not sure where I would be working, so thank you so much!!
