This morning around 08:00 your taxi driver over passed me on A911 and buzzed heavy. I do not need to be paternalised and we do not need bad drivers. I expect these kind of drivers off the roads.

Pleasant enough driver but certainly no agreement of a set price - charged £35 (6 miles tops) from Elie to campsite at Lower largo ! Feel this was a bit much and taken advantage of as we weren’t from these parts - shameful !

Ordered taxi online for 00.30hrs Sat 20th May. No confirmation from them so I called them direct. They said they couldn't find my order, so I ordered again over the phone. After double checking they had the correct time and details of my pick up time, they sent a taxi the next day. 24 hours late. Wont use them again.

Horrible experience. I asked the taxi driver to take me to Dunfermline and he said he couldn’t without confirming with his boss. He sent his boss a text, which I could see from where I was sitting, saying ‘HAS PAYMENT BEEN RECEIVED’ as I had already paid the fair to Kirkcaldy upfront via card. I then asked him again if he could take me to Dunfermline and he responded ‘my boss said no’. Which was a blatant lie because I could see everything he was typing. I was then dropped off in Kirkcaldy, and the driver had the cheek to say as we arrived in Kirkcaldy ‘Payment hasn’t went through you’ll need to pay again’ I checked my internet banking and the payment in fact DID go through and when I informed the driver of this he said ‘No, you need to pay again’ I was in tears by this point and as I got out the taxi he shouted ‘Expect the police then’ Absolutely unbelievable and I think he should take his own advice as when I speak to police I’m sure they will be paying Taxi Centre Leven a visit.

Brilliant taxi service. Excellent receptionist, fantastic driver. Very friendly, professional and incredibly fast service. Got us from Elie to Edinburgh in under an hour. Very good value too- would highly recommend.
