I had a very disappointing experience booking a tailor-made Umrah package with Tawaf Travel. The service did not match what was promised, and they did not stick to their word. The hotel in Makkah was in a really bad state, far from what was expected.

On top of that, there were serious transport issues. Even though we had already paid for all ground transport, we were charged extra for airport drop-off. When it was time for pickup, the transport did not wait for us, and we had to book our own taxi at additional cost.

Perhaps they are better with group bookings—Allah knows best, as I haven’t used that service. But based on my experience, I strongly advise against booking tailor-made Umrah packages with them. May Allah Azzawajal guide us all, especially when arranging sacred journeys, as these should be handled with honesty and care.
