I was drawn to using Tathams after following their Instagram page and was so impressed with their way of marketing property. It really is eye catching. I used them to manage my rental property for a while before going on to sell. Nick and his team managed the rental and were responsive to all of my queries, and any issues at the property were dealt with in a seamless and timely manner. The sale was then dealt with by Richard and this process was made to be totally stress free (for me anyway) even with extremely difficult buyers. Catrin was a life saver when it came to progressing the sale! They sold my property quickly and I even got above asking price! Fantastic team, I can't thank you enough!
