Would not recommend this company for a pre booked trip. Made a booking online on Tuesday for a trip on Saturday morning. The price quoted was confirmed in an email on Tuesday together with confirmation that payment would be in cash (an option they give on their website for pre books). On Friday evening they rang to say there was no saloon car available so were adding £18 to the quote plus they wanted me to prepay. When challenged as I’d booked on Tuesday I was told they were allocating the cars that night! I felt extremely let down and also felt they’d left until they thought I wouldn’t be able to book elsewhere so they could increase the price. Absolutely no reason given as to why they offer cash payment on their website and then insist you have to prepay.
Cancelled my booking.

Friendly service from initial booking to ( our very early morning) pick up. We had a Confirmation call to assess sizes of luggage to make sure car was suitable and that was a great reassuring touch. Even when I asked ( the day before ) to make the booking earlier due to high levels of security delays at airport - they quickly accommodated and it made such a difference to our check in.

Leamington to BHX airport.

We have used TAS taxis for the last 2yrs for our airport runs. They have been great every time, from start to finish. I must say their communication is fantastic - via Whattsapp - they constantly stay in touch with regards to journeys. Drivers are friendly & the vehicles are immaculate. We will be using them again!

Wonderful experience! Been picked up at 3am for a short distance transfer, which was very fairly priced. Tas was very professional and friendly. The car was extremely comfortable, luxurious and clean & I felt safe throughout the whole journey. Tas exceeded my expectations by making sure I am safe after he dropped me off at a bus station which was suspicious in the nighttime.

NYE. That one night of the year, when you need a warm, comfy, safe and guaranteed lift home. 100% all of the above, TAS stuck to his word, and reassured me a pre-book wasn’t required and my family were all asleep in their beds by 00.30. Highly recommend.
