Leaving vulnerable women in minus 8 temperatures, drunk or not your drivers have a duty to ensure their customers are left safe and well and if they feel they can’t then they should call the police or an ambulance. Happy to take the fare though!!! Avoid at all costs.

Absolute disgrace!!! I'm a carer and called on behalf of one of my clients. I asked the lady if the driver could possibly go to the door and let her know when he was there and if he would be able to lift her wheelchair into the vehicle. I was told they are not carers and while they could do what I asked they would not give the client any assistance whatsoever. I said that's fine and all I wanted, I didn't ask for anything else, she told me not to get snotty and hung up the phone. Disgusting attitude! You want to give yourself a good talking too! Manners cost nothing 😘

Booked to collect from Newcastle Airport to Cramlington at about 11am and sent a minibus, even 2 suitcases would fit in a car boot. Charged £32 for a distance of about 10 miles a ridiculously experience ride, even taking into account the £5 entry fee. Would never use them again
