Due to unforeseen factors we decided not to share the same account for our Tamar tag.
I made the request to open an account. I’m dyslexic and rather messed up the process. I cannot rate highly enough the support and efficiency I experienced from the customer service lady that supported me. She got everything sorted for me really quickly and went above and beyond. It’s not very often that you see service like that these days. A real rarity.
I went to pick up my tag at the offices and I was seen very quickly.

Their high volume of calls mean, they are not going to answer your call, waste of time, supposed to be open Monday to Friday, 9/5, if that's the case why haven't they picked up the phone, been trying since 12/30, at least six times, in the end they just hang up, waste of time, all their good for is putting up the tolls.
