Disgusting, I had the van WA23VYD registration drive dangerously behind me on my way to work 16/04/25 at 7:45am , even when I moved over the van was getting incredibly close and nearly crashed into me multiple times when they could have just overtaken me as it was a dual carriageway. and then the man threw something at my car windshield causing a crack but the company does not care about the behaviour of its drivers. I am now having to go through my own insurance which will be a hassle. Maybe the company should be more careful on who they hire their vehicles out to and how their drivers behave on the road. I’ll now have to pay £200+ and have the hassle of having to have my windshield replaced.

Ian at desk was helpful. Not pushy like enterprise for taking additional items on insurance. Though for peace of mind, I may pay the extra 10£ next time. Car well maintained.

Don't have vehicles over 3 weeks in advance. Rather than being able to see that straight away, make you go through the process of making a pending booking then tell you the next working day. Pretty much a waste of time.
