We have had the pleasure of dealing with Ian at Swords who has been brilliant at putting together two possible trips for a family adventure next year. Ian has really listened to our brief, hopes and requests and not just proposed off-the-shelf itineraries. No request has been too big or too difficult and he even was able to push back on one of our ideas due to a risk of 'piracy' - something we hadn't even considered. So thank you Ian for all your help and for keeping safety a priority and thank you Swords - you are brilliant.

My wife and I stumbled in to Swords Travel’s lovely offices in Wimbledon Village shortly after our wedding looking for help planning our honeymoon. It was great to be able to sit down with Mark to talk through things as opposed to doing everything over the phone. We explained that we were looking to go on safari followed by a beach trip. Having tried and failed to plan it myself, Mark instantly made everything simple and easy to understand. There were even a few excursions/activities that we were particularly keen to do whilst away which he said would be no problem to arrange. He sent us over a few options in our budget within a few days and all of them were brilliant. We ended up choosing a lodge they found in the Masai Mara followed by a beach resort in Zanzibar and it was everything we could’ve asked for and more. Having never used a Travel agent previously, it was a real treat to not have to think about anything and no that all was taken care of from start to finish. We couldn’t be more grateful and will no doubt be using Swords for future trips.

Swords Travel are fantastic. I never realized before that there were peopole out there who actually listen carefully to a customer's requests. I asked Swords to plan a holiday for my family to Sicily and that we wanted to see the places we saw on the famous Montebarno TV series. They booked the flights, car, accommodation and sent us maps and recommendations of places to see. They booked hotels in the most exotic places we had ever been to and we were surprised at how reasonable the overall cost of the holiday was. Comforting during the holiday was the fact we were given a phone number in the UK to contact Swords in case anything did not work out to plan! Highly recommended!

Carla, a member of the Swords team jumped on a call with us to find out exactly what we were looking for and immediately put us at ease with the process.

Within a couple of hours, she managed to find us the perfect deal with our preferred destination and hotel - we also managed to get an even better room than we expected, as well as better flight times which is a bonus.

I couldn't recommend them enough to all my friends and family. Their customer service was outstanding, and any worries I had about my trip were dealt with straight away to make me comfortable. What truly sets them apart is their personal touch. Taking the time out to understand what I was looking for and recommending a range of destinations which suited exactly what I wanted made me feel like they went far and beyond anyone else I've previously booked with.

Overall, if you're looking for a high-end holiday with an agency that takes the stress off your shoulders you have to book through Swords Travel!

My wife and I walked into Swords Travel knowing we wanted to book a Virgin Voyages cruise, which we had seen advertised in the window. We were also pleased to learn that Swords were exactly the same price as booking with Virgin. Mark and Stuart were more than happy to help us on the day and gave us expert advice based on their own experience, even helping us pick the best cabin for our needs.

Unfortunately Virgin Voyages cancelled our specific cruise a few weeks later, which is when the team really shone. David Knight from Swords was quick to contact me about the issue and went on to arrange all of the rebooking and compensation for us, spending time on hold with Virgin so we never had to.

Really great experience at Swords Travel. Mark had researched 3 different holiday for us as we have never been to Turkey and needed help to chose the right region.
