Excellent Customer Service! I missed my flight and emailed at 9pm on a Saturday night to ask if I could get another Swiss Pass, Jeff emailed me back within 5 mins and got me a new ticket sorted within the hour for just an extra £50, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I used Swiss Passes for transfer tickets and Fly+Luggage on my ski holiday, their service was quick and efficient and cheaper than anywhere else I could find! I was a little apprehensive at first having seen the other two reviews on here but I had no problems and couldn't recommend them enough.

I had real difficulty with swisspasses. We bought a Fly+Luggage service through them. However, things did not work out and the luggage was not collected at our airport and taken to our destination. On return to the UK, we tried to get a refund, but swisspasses refused point blank and were extremely rude. They also operate from Switzerland, despite the UK address listed on the website. This appears to be just an ordinary residential address, if you look on Google Streetmap.

Avoid this company for your swiss train tickets. I ordered swiss transfer tickets 5 months before our departure and only after calling them up did I get them to send them to me. To add insult to injury the man I spoke to on the phone didn't apologise for the delay and just wanted to get rid of me!
