First time hiring a car. I was really nervous. You hear alsorts of horror stories about hiring a car and how things can go wrong. After carefully looking around this is the company I chose to go to. I am so happy that I did, my intuition was spot on. Everyone was lovely, everything was ready and made clear, terms and conditions are clear on the website to so I knew what was required of me. Everything was perfectly fine, even after drop off.

The car was hired to get my daughter to Swansea for part of her 18th Birthday weekend, we have family there and it was just a few hours we had the Fiat 500 so she could visit and do what she needed. The car was easy to drive, and I'm very basic when it comes to cars. It suited me perfectly.

Thankyou for making the trip and my first experience of hiring a car an easy one. Until I find my new car I will probably be back should I need to hire again 🙂

I have been renting vans from Swindon Car and Van Rental for years.
It's easy to book online and I have never had a problem with availability.
The van is always ready when I arrive, and the check out process is quick and easy.
The 24 hour returns is great, as I usually return the van out of hours once I've finished with it.
Paperwork is emailed to you once the van has been checked back in, and I've never had any issues at all with being blamed for any damage.

As a female, vehicle hire can feel a bit intimidating- but definitely not at Swindon Car and Van.
I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

Hired the 7 seat multi van ,
The staff were friendly, I booked online , but payment wouldn't go through. I rang, they were lovely sorted payment, very friendly when collating vehicle.

I hired a car for a week and the service from start to finish was A+++ great communication, and I live in Spain. No issues with my Spanish license. Everyone was very friendly. The car was very clean and ran well. Handing back the car was very easy and again a very friendly reception. Highly recommended this company (p.s. very happy it was automatic!)

I'm always a bit sceptical about renting vehicles but these guys have put the confidence back in renting vehicles. To start with they are open on a Sunday which was ideal for me. Once in the office, the two lads sorted me out within a rapid time and we were away in a vauxhall boxer van ready to move house! A brand new van which I wasn't expecting. Quality company with a seamless transaction. I would use again and again.

Our charity hired a van from Swindon Car and Van and not only was the kindness exceptional, but service too.

We hired an automatic VW transporter, It arrived in immaculate condition, was super easy to drive, and actually quite nippy!

But not only was the van perfect so were the team at the office, nothing was too difficult, swift responses to enquiries and the generosity was much appreciated. As a charity, we were treated with enormous respect and kindness.

We couldn’t recommend this lovely rental company more.
