Rip Off Tank Firing Experience. The advert said we would load a 76mm gun, turn the turret and fire. The firing experience was about 10 seconds. The was no loading of gun because it was a laser. I turned a lever once to raise an already aligned gun. I pulled the trigger and a mini sparkler went of for 5 seconds in the distance. No sound. Not even a view of a laser beam. The driving was also disappointing. Up a 1/4 mile dirt track and back. The only fun was the occasional pot hole. See photo. On arriving we were told we would be liable for first £2,400 of damages, so we should get insurance. There was nothing we could do to damage the tank.

Great day, well organised and personal. My daughter loved thr junior military driving, the instructor was great and after being pretty nervous, she loved it and now wants to join the army so she can drive tanks ? we then along with my youngest son went on the tank ride, which was fantastic!! Be prepared to hold on tight and potentially get a few bruises but so much fun, really glad we decided to do it!

The Tank Driving was bought as a birthday present for my wife.
From the booking on line with Simon to arriving at the venue greeted by a lovely lady (sadly didn't catch her name) to the superstar Toby who guide her through driving an Alvis CVR(T) Spartan 8-ton tank.
It boasts a 4.2-litre, 6-cylinder petrol engine which gives out over 200 horsepower and can seemingly travel up to 50 mph forwards and also in reverse!!!!
It also has room in the back so my boys and I could also experience this amazing tank.
This company also does many other driving experiences with other vehicles too.
Our visit was a totally enjoyable adventure and is something we would probably want to do again.

Had a fantastic experience today driving the 4x4 truck with Bret as my instructor who was great, really friendly and made sure I got the most out of the experience. This was followed by a passenger ride in the APC tracked vehicle. Again an amazing experience going flat out on the rough road.
Thoroughly recommend the experience. Will definitely go back for a drive the APC experience and drive the larger Man truck as well. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Had an absolutely fantastic day. The team were marvellous. Andy was the instructor who looked after us. We had originally purchased a teen driving experience but then decided to upgrade so that the whole family could join in. Andy really helped my nephew gain confidence in his teen driving exp, he was friendly, professional and patient. Thank you Andy you really made our day unforgettable 🙂

Yesterday I took part in a Dennis fire engine driving & Green Goddess passenger ride experience that I received as a gift. Me and my girlfriend had an absolutely awesome time, it was so much fun! All the staff were excellent, really enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about the vehicles and they made the experience as enjoyable as possible. I'll definitely be coming back to do another one of their experiences.

I even drove to the experience venue in my little VW fire truck just for the fun of it but now after driving the Dennis I may have to upscale haha

I bought a Scorpion Tank Driving Experience for my husband and he loved it! We were pleasantly surprised that I could be a passenger too so we both got to share the memories. Really knowledgable instructor who made the teaching relaxed and fun. Definitely worth the money.
