DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!!!
When I joined, I was told by the then manager that my pay would be processed by an "umbrella company" (Elias) and that I would be better off tax wise. This was true initially, but only applies if I worked for 3 days or more. Working for less than 3 days meant that Elias helped themselves to a whopping 8% of my (low) wages, so added to 20% tax, I actually received less than 75% of my earnings. Elias also made mistakes in my pay, which after several weeks have still not been corrected.
The staff at the Kings Lynn branch are very helpful, and have tried their best to resolve the issue, but to no avail. I enjoyed the job I was doing, but I am not prepared to be ripped off in this way. After my complaints about Elias, I was then transferred to another company called Canopy, who are even worse then Elias. After working a 48.5 hour week, I ended up almost £20 out of pocket!!!!

BE WARNED - now seeking legal advice to obtain what is owed to me!!!!!!!

Just refuse to communicate with applicants and are very brusque when you do get through. I would go to Reed personally.
