Checked a couple of pre booked taxis for a birthday meal out, turned out they had the date completely wrong, so left without a taxi an hr before pick up on a Saturday night! Definitely not professional, if they can't even get dates correct to begin with!!!

Sure cabs are a great taxi firm friendly and reliable having used this taxi firm for 22 years I would not chose to travel with any one else they are always on time and I have never been let down when I am dropped off at my home the taxi driver always waits until I have got in before leaving.
