Great experience. From first contact about my chosen bike the team were on it, I have a tendency to be impatient so was calling as well as emailing, getting through to the team was sometimes difficult however contact was always made eventually (within an hour or two). Delivery all arranged with ease & then the delivery team (Move) were very good as well. No complaints, great bike & great service.

I purchased a motorbike from Superbike Factory in May 2025, along with an extended warranty and tracker. What should have been an exciting experience quickly turned into a nightmare, and despite two formal complaints and several follow-ups, I’ve received no response at all from their team.

The tracker, which was meant to be installed within 21 days, wasn’t. I had to chase them myself after 35 days. The bike was collected on 21st May, and I didn’t get it back until 18th June, nearly a full month without a bike. I was paying insurance and finance for the entire time.

Worse still, the bike had no service history despite having 360 miles on the clock; the first service is due at 300. I had to pay out-of-pocket for the first service myself.

When the bike was finally delivered, the delivery driver ignored my safety instructions, was rude to my fiancée, and left the bike on soft asphalt in the heat. The bike tipped over, suffered visible damage to the bodywork, mirrors, and fuel injection pipe, and began leaking fuel, creating a major safety risk. A neighbour had to help lift it and move it into a safe spot.

To this day, I’ve received no apology and no resolution. I've had to escalate the issue to both Moneybarn (my finance provider) and the Motor Ombudsman.

Absolutely zero customer care once the sale is complete. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid Superbike Factory — especially if you value after-sales support, professionalism, or basic responsibility.

Made initial contact with Cheshire store by enquiring about a bike there. Response was polite and not pushy, just giving reply to my query.
I later made an enquiry about a bike at the Southern branch and did not receive an immediate response - impatience made me call the Southern branch!! Again, reply was courteous, informative and I was allowed time and space to think..
I did then get an email from my initial contact at the Cheshire branch, querying that I was South and they requested my number.
I received a quick call, advisor making sure I remained their client for any sales, which I have no issue with, just that I had phoned the Southern branch..

Great selection of bikes.
Very polite, non pushy sales and, so far, very reasonably priced motorcycle collected with no issue.
It’s come a time when you can buy ANYTHING online and I guess motorbikes are no different in reality.
Assurances of refundable deposit etc if the bike does not meet the initial expectations.
I also then shopped at the store next door - Staff were amazing!!
The kit is great (Never heard of Merlin brand but I do LOVE my jacket and jeans!!) and the bonus discount, having purchased a bike there, certainly will encourage my return!

I was actually genuinely , very pleasantly surprised how the sale went , very straight forward, very efficient, and the sale went through really quickly , the staff I dealt with were genuinely very helpful and very pleasant.
The bike i bought was a 2019 Triumph speed twin , and what a lovely bike it is and for the spec I genuinely feel it was extremely good value ,
This was the Donnington branch .

A bit of a mixed experience unfortunately.

Everything seemed good with the bike right up until the time of hand-over (which was arranged at their Cheshire store) but on closer scrutiny this certainly wasn't the 'superb condition' Sprint ST 1050 that was listed.

The main issue for me was the tyres. On the rear was a Dunlop Sportmax that was manufactured in 2008 (and is now over 17 years old!) and on the front they had just fitted a cheap Chinese tyre with no attempt to match the characteristics of the rear whatsoever.

Added to this, there was a gouge in the left-hand fairing that hadn't been photographed clearly (they claimed that it was on the walk-around video but in my defence, a 29 second sweep around the bike doesn't show much at all). Also, the left handlebar comes into contact with the tank which has caused damage to the paint work (again, not photographed), there's the previous owner's helmet combination lock attached to the grab handle (no one knows what the combination is, meaning that I'll need to cut it off), the rear shock is in appalling condition and the 'valeting' has left a thick and nasty residue on all the body work and screen.

In their defence, they did knock £100 off the price and have included a free 12-month platinum warranty. Also, they had already waived the £199 purchase admin fee after there was an issue with my trade-in (for the record I think this admin fee is an obnoxious practice - why not advertise your bikes at their 'actual' price, not at a falsely deflated one in order to generate more clicks? On the website, you pride yourselves on being £300 below market average price. I'd argue that with your admin fee, you're only £100 below, and that's a subjective claim at best...). They had also replaced a slightly bent front brake lever - although being honest I'd rather they had put this money towards a decent matched front tyre.

Despite their efforts to recompense for deficiencies, the whole experience really took the shine off what was meant to be a happy experience (new bike day). Its also left me with a bike which, although technically roadworthy didn't give me a lot of confidence for the ride home.

I challenged the issue regarding the tyres and the response was 'What do you expect? We fit cheap tyres to keep our prices down'. Fair comment I guess, but it doesn't leave you feeling very confident about the machine.

Would I buy from them again? Possibly, but I really would encourage buyers to thoroughly inspect before taking delivery or collecting. Overall, it was a fair bike for the money but you could have represented it a bit better and gave more of a realistic expectation as to what I was buying. I was honestly hoping for better quality and not a bike that immediately needs a new set of safe and matched tyres, a rear shock and diagnosis as to what is causing the bars to come in contact with the tank.

Also, shame on you for not warning the buyer about the new front tyre. The guy doing the handover didn't mention this at all, which could easily have lead to an accident if you're not expecting it. Every other dealer I've bought bikes from or had tyres replaced have offered advice and warning about running in new tyres. The rep who was doing the handover clearly had no idea about this.

Orderd my bike online and was ready for collection next day. They put on a new battery and new fork seals. Bike was as described. Great communication and easy process. Would definitely use these guys again!

Soooo avoid this place like the plague.

Lowering kit never mentioned, restrictor kit never mentioned tyres that were 6 years old, last oil change was in 2021 (it's 2025) and very low, v5 came with no new keepers slip, brakes were shockingly bad so replaced pads and found black brake fluid and a bleed valve was leaking round the threads not through the valve itself so spend £300 on tyres plus oil change, brake fluid, coolant, front brake caliper, brake pads, standard link I was better off buying a well looked after one from marketplace honestly do yourself a favour and don't bother with them other places finance bikes these sell dangerous ones

We visited there today Saturday 5th of July and spent about four hours walking around looking at bikes, we made an enquiry on one and my son was interested in a Honda sports bike. I myself was interested in the t120 Bonneville in blue and white. I left one of the sales persons know that I was interested in talking about this bike but I stood around for over half an hour and got no attention which was quite disappointing. Maybe next time?.
