TAKE YOUR OWN SNACKS AND DRINKS!! I regrettably paid £3.50 for a deluxe hot chocolate which was like warm..... Tasted "Ok" but for £3.50? I can't believe they are serving it!

It's..... ok..... The price is pretty standard and the place is pretty standard. The food/drink prices are absolutely sickening. £1.50 for a packet of crisps, £1 for 2 biscuits, £1.50 for a small packet of malteasers!! Now, I know these places charge more than usual but those prices are ridiculous! I am glad I brought my own drinks and snacks for my children! I don't think we would visit again. Once you get there there's an extra charge for socks as we were told we couldn't wear our own that is HAS to be theirs!! It's sickening! A place that is aimed at kids and families I think it's really bad. I know prices have gone up everywhere but if they reduced them they would sell more. I don't get why they want to rip off their customers!!

Had my child's birthday party here last night and it was excellent. All the staff, particularly Anthony, were amazing and made sure we were all really looked after. Everyone had fun, will definitely be back!

Its a nice place to go to
but unfortunately I was disappointed.

I have an autistic 3 year old boy and an energetic 2 year old who both love to trampoline.

I called twice 2 weeks prior to coming here to check if the trampoline area and soft play are separate. I was assured on both phone calls that the kids wouldn't be able to go from the soft play area into the trampoline area. So I booked the soft play.

The trampoline area had 3 different stair access, one which was right next to the soft play door, the trampoline staircases had no gates so anyone can just walk up. A few times when we were in the soft play, adults would walk in or out and leave the soft play gate open, my kids saw the opportunity and ran out going straight up the stairs to the trampolines.

When we were leaving, I was getting our stuff together and someone had left the gate open so my little girl ran for the door before me and up the stairs. By the time I got to her she was jumping on the trampolines, I had my shoes on so couldn't follow her on, she had then made her way straight to the air bag, as I was going to catch her I fell into the side of the airbag and couldn't get out because I was holding a bag in my other arm.
There was a member of staff standing a little further down but was busy talking with someone else and didn't pay any attention that I needed help.
I did manage to get myself out.

It's a nice place and the trampoline area is really nice, soft play too but unfortunately it didn't work for us.

Such a fun time had by our group of 4, went in with open mind as unsure of what to expect but we had great fun. My 2 daughters who are afraid of heights conquered their fear by jumping into the airbag. We are totally exhausted and my daughters will sleep well. Thank you Super Tramp Bodmin.
Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Plenty of them scattered about too so you can’t miss them should you need their help.

Really disappointed by super tramp today- they seem to have tightened up on everything even down to what socks you wear!
If you are not wearing the exact super tramp socks purchased from them- you are not allowed in (even though you have other trampoline socks on)
Went to purchase soft play tickets to go on after and were charged £1.50 per adult through the gate due to capacity- when we are the only people in the place. I can understand one adult per child but thought the x4 was a bit much considering the place as empty.
They seem to have turned into right penny pinchers and don’t think it’s value for money at all!

Had my son’s 13th birthday party here on a Sunday evening. It was amazing! The staff were fantastic, the food was great, the kids really enjoyed it and it was really well priced for what you got. My children had a staff member called Ben who made the party extra fun with joining in. He even included my 6 year old who thought that was fantastic! Will be going back for my other 2 childrens birthday parties!! Highly recommend to anyone who wants a fun party and a good laugh! Thank you soo much to all the staff.

Brilliant time, nice and clean, seems well run and as safe as you can get for at trampolining. Well done staff

Would recommend rubbers on the bottom of the chairs in cafe (noise was like nails on a chalkboard for me)

Lovely day out with the kids last Sunday. Took my 3 kids down to supertramp trampoline park. I was blown away with the customer service I was greeted with a big smile by the lovely keiren. Lovely great trampoline park. Also massive. Kids loved the dodge ball knocked them right out on the way home lol. But what really stood out was superstar Sara. Who was a really polite, well mannered, professional young lady working in the cafe. She served my kids slushies and me a coffee. Which was amazing. Also another polite young lady was one of the staff members on the actual park. She was really good with my kids played with them and interacted. Didn’t get her name tho. She had really short brown hair. The only down side tho😢. Was Who I presumed was the manager. He was stomping around the building being extremely rude to his staff members and female customers. Also had a face like a slapped ass. He was also wearing his SHOES around the park while everyone else is expected to where “special socks” which come at an extra cost. I Didn’t let him effect our day tho but he did effect my review. I could have easily given this place 5 stars. But I can not see myself giving 5 stars to this place with someone like that running the show. How are staff members meant to learn customer service skills from him. The staff members I interacted with DEFINITELY didn’t get there lovely charm from him.
