Have booked 3 holidays through Regan at Sunlounger so far this year and he is really very patient and knowledgeable and I just wanted to say thank you to the whole team at Sunlounger that always go the extra mile with helpful advice, printing off boarding cards and checking us in, even printing off luggage labels for us. Definitely 5 star service well done

* AVOID SUNLOUNGER WISBECH** Having not booked a flight for around 20 years, having had a bad experience abroad, we felt that we wanted to take the next step now having a family, we thought we would try Sunlounger of Wisbech being a newish company in town, having had a pushy salesman push us into booking a holiday with them, we stupidly made a minimum deposit payment without knowing the consequences of not being able to get our deposit back if we changed our mind, less than 24 hours from making the deposit we advised them that we had changed our mind, they advised us that it’s part of the terms and conditions that it’s non refundable, we can’t get our head around that we only had the terms and conditions after making the payment, and nothing was even discussed with us at point of payment, they take your money and that’s the end of it apparently, even recorded the full conversation on my mobile when we entered the store. What complete losers wouldn’t recommend them them

Booked a flight for one adult and one child to Egypt for 5 nights cost of over three thousand pounds non refundable I was told. Been there and back with major hiccups throughout the journey. Customer service at this branch ends once payment received. Total rip off!😪
