We have just returned from a tour of Sri Lanka and the Maldives, all of which was arranged in its entirety by the team at Sundowner Holidays (Lucy was our amazing contact). We/I normally arrange and book our own holidays directly so this was a leap of faith following a personal recommendation, and we wanted someone to work with us to make it very special as we were celebrating a special birthday during the 15 or so days we were overseas. I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending or using Sundowner Holidays again, our experience from start to finish was in the main faultless, the choices of accommodation, tours, guides, local experiences, all helped make it something very special indeed, and there is no way we could of nailed it like these guys did had we not used plus embraced their input. You obviously pay for their services, but given what an amazing time we had we believe that investment in happiness to be of value - thank you Sundowner team for making our holiday so special and memorable we look forward to using you guys again, when we once again go on family tour. An amazing company to organise your bespoke trip . I went to Borneo and travelled around . My transfers and guided trips were all arranged and went super smoothly. My accommodation and all their hosts were also fantastic. 10/10

After planning my wedding, the last thing I wanted to do was plan an elaborate honeymoon. But my husband and I also really wanted to have a grand adventure to Madagascar. We turned to Sundowner -- the first time my husband and I have ever booked with a travel agency -- and I'm so grateful that we did. Lucy helped us craft a perfect, stress-free trip full of the things we love (so many unique animals and amazing hiking!)
Communication with Sundowner was great before we left home and we were shocked by how smoothly the whole trip went, thanks to the careful planning and local drivers and guides that had been arranged for us.
I'd say that it was the trip of a lifetime, but we're not done yet! We are feeling even more confident and motivated to explore more of the world and see more of its animals. I suspect we'll be booking through Sundowner again.
