My husband and I sold our property just over 2 years ago, and decided to rent for a while until we decided what we wanted to do.
We found a beautiful little cottage managed by Sunderlands in a gorgeous location. Being new to renting a property we were a little apprehensive.
The whole process was very smooth - managed by Lianne.
The property had to have some external work done when we moved in - the landlord gave us 2 bottles of wine as a thank you for persevering with it.
We've only had a few minor problems during the time we've been here. An email to Lianne in the morning, and a professional person arriving the same day to fix the problem.
The service that Lianne provides is outstanding. She is efficient, helpful, reliable and trustworthy.

I would highly recommend Sunderlands and especially Lianne as they and she have been managing my two properties for approximately 6 months now. Lianne has always been very friendly, professional, reliable and most importantly competent in dealing with any issue or query that arises. Also she has excellent communication skills, as she would always get back to me promptly when ever I would email her. The most important aspect of a good managing agent is finding good tenants through referencing, intuition and instinct. I had complete trust in Lianne doing this for me for my two properties, and I am very happy with the two tenants she selected, as they are decent professional individuals, who respect my property and most importantly pay my rent on time!

An agent selling the property I was a tenant at made the effort to write a note to thank me for keeping the place clean and tidy for when he did the walk around for potential buyers.
