The process of finding accommodation for our son has been made so much easier using Sulets. Emma was absolutely amazing. Our situation was difficult and not standard, and she made the process easy. We were worried as parents, and our son was worried as a young person leaving home for the first time, and Emma understood all this. All his needs were understood and she managed to listen to us as people, not just numbers, or a "sale". Unheard of in todays climate. We were also sent video's by another member of staff who was also amazing (He was called Lee). He couldn't get a video of the actual allocated property as it is occupied for the current year, so he got the one below that is exactly the same. He explained everything on the video and spoke to my son in detail. He was really good. I am very pleased by the way we have been treated by this company, and by Emma and Lee specifically. I would highly recommend them.
