Please avoid these people. Do not deal with them. They made an error on my booking, denied boarding, Sufi agreed to process full refunds with airline. Airline confirmed full refunds as we purchased new ticket in order to continue travelling.
To date Sufi have not given my money back.
They are scammers.... 😢 😭 stay away from them.
Calling them several times and are not answering my calls.

Sufi Travels is an exceptional travel agency. Fahad, in particular, was our travel agent, and he went above and beyond to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. He worked closely with my family and truly understood our needs. When we arrived, everything was perfect, and we had a lovely holiday. I would 100% recommend this agency to anyone planning their next.

Scammers. You will loose your money. I have lost £510 just like that and my ticket is not due for travel until another 2.5 weeks.

The customer service is poor. My wife was spoken to harshly and informed they are very successful and if she wants to buy a ticket she can, or go elsewhere. I believe a customer has the right to clarify and confirm dates but this seemed to offend the "customer service" person. Not sure what's going on at this company but I'll never call them again.

Just reading the other reviews now. Seems they are known for being rude to their customers. So, I called Pak Travels and they were fantastic, courteous and helpful.

Don’t buy tickets from them. They are very unprofessional and rude. I called them for finding out about the flights. The person I talked to was very loud and when I asked why is he being rude to me he started shouting that “if you want to buy a ticket then buy and if you don’t then don’t . I don’t care and I sm not rude to anyone . Allah gives us money and we have very good sale” .I wasted my 10 minutes talking to that guy. SUFI travels , train your staff and teach them how to be professional to ladies.

I approached this company looking for a visa application help.The agent then rushed me into buying a ticket telling me he would apply for my visa soon after. He then failed to get the visa and now he won’t return my flight ticket money. Terrible business and some of the people o spoke to were rude.

Stay away from these guys they are bad news .If you need peace of mind don’t use Sufi Travel . They can even issue you fake air tickets. They don’t have customer care.

Would give this company a zero if i could. Made the mistake of getting in touch with them ONCE regarding a quote i seen. They haven't stopped calling me since the last two years asking if i plan on flying out despite CONSTANTLY REQUESTING THEM TO STOP. Absolutely appalled at the customer service Im receiving. I’m starting to feel harassed by the employees of this company and debating on whether its worth me driving down to the office to physically watch them take my name and number off their records. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CONSTANTLY HARASSED BY THEM. Cold calling at its finest.
