Our experience with Sue has been 5 star from the beginning. I sent her an initial message on a Sunday morning not expecting a reply for a few days, but she actually called me the same day! We discussed what I was looking for and within 36 hours I had booked! It was that easy. The information we needed for the trip was always sent by email but followed up by a call or message. The trip to Thailand itself was incredible, two nights in Bangkok and 8 in Khao Lak. The hotel recommended by Sue in Bangkok, the Avani plus Riverside, was perfect and her advice about activities and excursion was spot on. Our hotel in Khao Lak, the Devasom, was everything we wanted and more. Paradise! I would definitely recommend the suite with pool. The support from Destination Asia while we were on holiday was also fantastic. We enquired about an evening Tuk Tuk food tour in Bangkok and it was booked within an hour! Our transfers from airport to hotel were all arranged for us and the vehicles used were pristine. The whole experience was seamless. I have already recommended Sue to friends and family and we will 100% be tapping into her vast expertise and experience when planning future trips.

First time using an independent travel advisor. Sue has been amazing from start to finish .
Provided Sue all the details of what I was looking for ,came back with lots of options for us to look at , at the best prices even when I was ill last year transfering the holiday was breeze. We have just returned from the Maldives which as paradise, hotel was superb, staff couldn't do enough for you food amazing.Sue maintained contact throughout the booking and even afterwards to gain feedback on our trip.100% recommend Sue ,already planning the next two trips.

Had an absolutely fabulous couple of weeks exploring and enjoying all that Mauritius has to offer. We had done some homework as to what we did and didn’t want - Sue then put this together in a perfect package for us. There were a few hiccups along the way and some tweaks needed to be made but Sue stuck with it and worked with us to pull it altogether. Excellent service from Sue both before and after our holiday - she was always just at the other end of the phone which was nicely reassuring. 🤩

Just returned from a 12 night stay which was booked for us by Sue Aitken, at The Adaaran select Hudhuranfushi resort in the Maldives, absolutely amazing, we upgraded to an ocean villa with its private butler, and nothing was too much trouble for him. Food, people the island all fantastic, so good, we wish to return next year same time.
Sue was so helpful, knowledgeable, and professional in all the advice she gave us, and ensured that my 60th birthday special meal was unforgettable! Already spoke to her about our next adventure!!!

After moving to the UK with the family, we had no idea how to organise a family European holiday. We don't usually use a Travel Agent but with the COVID related travel challenges , it was time to change .
From our initial sketchy brief Sue swiftly returned a great choice of options to help us decide . We were very pleased with the our final choice of location and hotel , also within our desired date window and budget .
Sue was able to pilot us through the shifting tides of guidance , evidence and admin at the time, and on going .
Travel now has so many moving parts that we would have struggled to keep on top of without Sue.

What can I say, Sue looked after me right from the word go.
She listened to me drone on about what holiday I would like and why, and was back to me with an answer the next day.
I had private pick ups to and from the airport and never had to wait a single minute on them.
All plans went smoothly on my dual destination holiday with great choices of locations and hotels.
