Very helpful, efficient and friendly service from booking to drop off. I have mobility issues and the driver was very patient and helpful-making sure I got in and out of the car safely and putting my seatbelt on for me. I would recommend this company particularly if you have a disability

If we could score lower we would. Terrible service. Booked in advance, the day arrives, a no show. Apparently we never booked. I had a lengthy chat with the operator about the place and even offered to give him the postcode as he wasn't too sure where it was. He assured he knew the place and relayed the information back to me to confirm.
So stranded by this taxi company and not a bit of empathy or apology. Try another company is what we were recommended. It's a Saturday night, we tried, everyone is booked up.
I would strongly advise against booking this company, unless you could get some sort of written confirmation. And when we challenged them the response was "this conversation is recorded" What good is that to anyone. Bad customer service. Will not he booking again, this was our go to.

In light of your response please find my email explaining the situation further. It is amazing that you still don't hold yourself accountable for the experience we had with your company.

It's rather astonishing in your response you assumed we made it back in good time judging by the time I wrote this review?! Does that not sound a bit silly? It does however cement the fact you were wrong, unhelpful and rude.

Reliable and Professional Service

I had an excellent experience with Sudbury cars - For an emergency college run for two weeks. From the moment I booked the rides, everything was smooth and professional.

All drivers , arrived exactly on time, and all the cars were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. They were polite, greeted my young person with a smile, and even helped him with his college bags Throughout the journey, they were friendly but not overly talkative, which my young person appreciated on long days of travel. The entire two weeks of daily journeys were smooth and stress-free.

Pricing was fair and transparent—no hidden fees or unexpected surcharges. I received detailed pricing beforehand and prompt invoices.

I will definitely use Sudbury cars and all drivers again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and friendly service.

Cab never arrived, leaving us stranded.

The operator gave us the run around, firstly, telling us we had called the wrong number. He then went on to blame us for the mistake before blaming his colleague, who, conveniently wasn't there at the time.

Incredibly rude and aggressive manner over the phone. Overly defensive and completely incompetent.

Ordinarily, I don't like to write negative reviews but this was a particularly bad experience and wanted to warn others.

Fantastic service! The driver waited patiently at pick up, as my dad had got the time wrong. Took him to the surgery where there was more confusion about appointment. The driver never left my dad but worked it all out for him and got my Dad to the right department. Friendly caring and very patient. Can't speak more highly of Sudbury cars. Thank you Steve and Simon - really appreciated.
