All I can say is the lady Post Master in Sturminster Newton Post Office always answers the phone unlike when I ring Yeovil and tried 3 separate post offices - all no answer. This lady answered immediately on two separate occasions and couldn't have been more helpful. So why only 2.5 starts out of 5?

Sturminster newton post office, what can I say, possibly the worst customer experience in my life, I just don't understand how a human who has no people skills gets to represent such an iconic service.
Rude, unhelpful and clearly hates the job role.
Avoid at all all costs if possible.
blandford post office are amazing and so is Okeford Fitzpaine

Trying to post a parcel and arrived 15 mins before closing to be told I couldn’t drop off a parcel as there was 2 people In front of me and there wouldn’t be time. Appalling. No wonder the post office is in a state!
