Great shop mtb and road
Needed some new grips while on holiday mountain biking and was also given a great place to ride, which turned out to be perfect for my preferred riding terrain.

Studio just had my Cube Stereo 160 hybrid TM bike in today for a full service.
A fantastic service from start to finish. I am very happy for them to work on my bike again in the future.
The team took time to explain what had been done and advise me on future maintenance, a simple text message to say my bike was ready to collect was the cherry on top for me! The simple things that make a good company great.

Superb service and always helpful! Good range of bikes and kit.
Purchased an Orbea Rise via Cycle2Work voucher and it was very straightforward with the bike set up to perfection.
Rear derailleur failed but Gareth got me booked in 2 days later and repaired it under warranty with zero fuss.
Best bike shop in SW Scotland 👍🏻

We visited in May24 whilst staying in the area on holiday. On a rainy Wednesday in Castle Douglas we popped in for a look and came out with a new helmet and some fab "100%" brand sunglasses for me, and my wife pushed the boat out and purchased a Studio velo water bottle! So we aren't local and weren't in the market for a new bike, or a service or repair, but first impressions count and the advice and assistance we received was excellent. I left the shop thinking how I wished we had a LBS like Studio Velo where we live in Essex. We would for sure be using it regularly and enjoying building a relationship with the owner and his staff. I think Castle Douglas and its environs is lucky to have you. Chapeau! And bonne chance with your lovely little business.

Bust my rear mech near the end of Kirroughtree MTB trail on day 1 of 3 days MTB in the area. Called in here the following day at 09.00 and was attended to immediately and on my way by 09.30 with a fully repaired bike. If I lived near by this would be my go to bike shop. Excellent friendly service, just when you need it.
