Awful company, when a taxi driver tries cut you up while driving his school taxi bus, he then decides to start swearing and being aggressive offering to get out of his taxi. I wouldn’t trust him to drive an animal let alone a human. This company really need to teach there drivers how to be respectful, the driver will be reported to the council for further action.

Ordered a cab through the alto service. It said that one was on the way but no time. Phoned 15 mins later. They cancelled the cab due to not one in the area. It would of been nice for them to contact me to say that there wasn't one coming. Rather letting me wait in the rain and the cold. Not very good customer service. 🤬🤬

Will never use again. They don’t bother to show up and when you call to see what’s going on they say “fingers crossed we’ll get someone to you”. Disgraceful!

Great service - pre booked 4 separate journeys over 2 days for 6-15 people. Alex and Wendy turned up well in time and text me when they arrived. All bookings confirmed via email. Thank you for your excellent service.

Just pray you dont get Margaret on the booking line. Margaret is bad for business as she constantly lies and tells people she has personal issues with that there are no cabs available she uses the dumbest excuses like it's the school run but it's 10.30 nearly. Just very unprofessional unfortunately was her neighbour at one point and since have moved life's been great with no problems. Rotten to the core that one and her coke head son bless him constantly apologising for her aggression and rudeness feel sorry for him no wonder he's hooked on gear
